Quiche Recipe (cheesy Salmon Quiche)

Ingredients:
shortcrust pastry:
250g of flour
125g room temperature butter
salt
1 egg
1 tbsp of water
Stuffing:
1 green onion/ 1 clove of garlic
2 tbsp butter
150g of mushrooms
Salt and black pepper
200g spinach
3 eggs/salt/pepper
1 glass of cooking cream
Parmesan/chives/dill
1/2 glass of milk
Emmental cheese
Smoked salmon
Basil leaves
Feta cheese
Mozzarella cheese, cheddar, parmesan...
