I never really got into Currents... BUT.... with this album and with "The Place I Feel Safest", the switch was flipped inside me... and I can`t get enough of this band now...

I think Richard would love the songs Origin & Split. The whole album is amazing, so you really can’t go wrong just sitting down and listening to it from start to finish.

glad you guys reacted to this one. Easily my favorite track off this album, although the whole thing has been on repeat on my streaming service while i'm at work lol. This is definitely one of those songs that i'll hit repeat for though, absolutely love the mix of heavy and soft, and the synth and the riffs.....just such a good track, "better days" and "a flag to wave" are probably my next favorites
Fun fact about this album is that it’s a concept album with the place I feel safest, I talked to their guitarist Chris about it the other day, and they referenced the place I feel safest a few times, fun fact for the day lol
Yes! So glad to see this title, this is my equal favourite on the record with Monsters. I knew Richard would enjoy these vocals more, and holy crap the riffs in this just made me go straight to the studio to try and cover it. These guys have such versatility, and they're only going up.
