The penultimate one was likely a reference to M.C. Escher's 'Relativity', which is where a lot of those shows and such pull the concept from. It's a popular art piece from the mid 1900s. The wide variety in E4's references and subject of idents really was a wonderful thing.
The DVD started with the Nick Jr. frogs logo (like in every DVD) however, the background was red and the frogs had suitcases on them and there was a sign on the lily pad saying "Bus Stop", and then they somehow started talking. "Come on bus, hurry up!" the orange frog groaned. "But dad, we don't want to die!" the blue frog panicked. "Remember, what the EAS alaem told us, son?" the orange frog asked the blue frog. "Panicking will only make the disaster worse." Just then, the frogs heard the bus beep. "It looks like the bus arrived just in time!" the Blue frog told the orange frog. The bus then arrived and the frogs got on the bus then the bus drove off with them on it Then the logo appeared on the frogs (who were on the bus). After that confusing logo, it showed many previews from Nick Jr.
Channel 4 would show T4 during school holidays from 9am until midday(I think) then it would air on E4 from 2pm until 6pm(I think) but once T4 left Channel 4 and move to E4 it was a step down for me
