  • What happens when you start to move your body in new ways? You start to perceive new sensations, feelings, and disruptions.
    In class today we focus on the claves. I point out keeping continuous muscles contraction through all the movements.
    You will shift, bend, twist and spiral your body all while contracting your calf muscles!
    I’d love to hear how it feels for you!
    I have to really concentrate on keeping my left calf contracting.
    Which side was more natural or difficult for you?

    My calves have been uncomfortably, sometimes painfully, tight for years and this is the only thing I've tried that has shown improvement. Instant improvement!

    This was great! My calves have always been tight. I'm short so I feel like I am always on tiptoes or pointing my toes down to reach the ground when I'm sitting.

    Hi Erin! I had to do my left side twice because I could hardly feel my calf at all the first round. The second time was way different!
