I just finished GI lecture on archer and listen to your this podcast, the way you linked things together it made so much sense and it is easy.. its like you create a chain, link after link.. Thank you so much. I am new to your channel. I am planning to write exam next year hopefully end of jan or beginning of feb but wanted to start this journey a bit early. I am hoping to buy your program once I finish my last course. Once again thank you so much.

The podcasts are much appreciated. Thank you. Is there a way to see the actual video of the podcast so we can see what you draw during the podcasts?

I have a question... I had the impression that oral-mycins will not have ototoxicity or nephrotoxicity effects because it will not be absorbed via GI. However, it will attack any GI bacteria. I thought we were only concerned about ototoxicity and nephrotoxicity if aminoglycosides were given IM/IV... Hope someone can clear up my confusion :)

It's the other way around; IM. and IV are not absorbed via GI but oral. Think of it this way if you eat smth orally where does it go? to the stomach or GI. So ototoxicity and nephrotoxicity effects are seen with oral mycins.
