Hey, thanks for your concern and sharing your experience! Although, Kenji may “bite” as a way of expressing his playful and mischievous personality but he never seriously harms anyone 😊 We try to offer toys and use positive reinforcement whenever we get exciting welcomes, whereas Yumi already adapted this principle.
