To remember the clocks use 'they SPRING forward and FALL back' forward is when we lose an hour but it makes it lighter in the mornings in spring and back is where we gain an hour to make the evenings lighter in Auntum/fall

As an ex barista coffee expands when blended! If you’re able to make espresso with your coffee machine try using that since it’s a smaller amount of liquid but a higher concentration of coffee flavor 🥰 you shouldn’t have as much of an issue and the end result will be thicker
