This works for looser soil. It won't dent hard dry ground. I've used tractor's with augers on dirt that they had a hard time going into. Sometimes water can help. The best time is the next day after a good soaking rain.

No smoke at all!! I ve this drill and it never got even warm. The 150nm parkside is the best and most powerful drill you could buy for 70 euros in the world!!!
