2022 KX450 Won't start hot but will start cold

Do you have the 2022 kx250/450/650? I know the fix to your issue with the bike not starting after getting hot. It will start cold, but not hot.
Parts used: 2022 KX450 All Balls Fuel Pump Rebuild Kit

Tools Needed: 10mm and 8mm socket, screwdriver, and some rags.

Good video. FYI, take your overflow hose and tuck it somewhere out of the way, not in the head stock. Fuel fumes will eat away at your steering head bearings over time.

i got a 14 ktm 350 sxf, it starts fine cold and it runs good with no issues, but if i stall it or shut it off and try to start it right back up it won’t start, unless i try starting it like 30 seconds after engine dies, then it starts back up. what could possibly be the issue?

Gday mate, I brought a kx250x 2022 model I have 0.9 hours on the clock and it doesn’t want to start anymore? I recently took it in for a recall, the mechanic said it was fine. But I have said to him since I got it i would try start it and it wouldn’t run I had to keep trying to start it to run is this normal?
It would shut down when I was riding it out of no where! I’m thinking the fuel pump is faulty?

I have the same problem. I ordered a fuel pump rebuild to see if that works

Sorry I didn’t see this before. Yes, it’s more than likely the fuel pump. Did you ever get around to fixing your bike? Hopefully it’s running now

These fuel pumps are a known 8ssue. It us why the OEM pumps are on back order. All Balls is goid stuff.
