There’s a very clear reason why Tamiya tanks are more expensive than other Chinese brands. The sound recordings, the reactions programmed in the control modules has much more refined movements. Movement such as main gun firing, main gun recoil and while tank recoil. Minute details such as the sounds of tank tracks clicks clacks can be heard clearly when running.
These things you pointed out can be rectified with hobby grade servos for the turret travers and gun elevation. Newer Heng Long(with one large motor and a small turning motor) gearboxes for their TK7.1 system can give Tamiya a competition. Tamiya must make moves to compete along.

While there is absolutely nothing wrong with what the “What we can afford” crowd. It doesn’t mean that everything we paid for is the same. My comment wasn’t about this group verses that group. @@yf222000 That's a funny point to bring up, as a fellow Tamiya enthusiast as yourself, i find a lot of Tamiya non rc scale kits have OVERSIMPLIFIED details, yes understandably due to production limitations. But they fit really well. But companies like Great Wall are starting to out do Tamiya in the scale detail and accuracy and moulding department, at even less cost. New moulding techniques, resulting in more detail for less parts, and covering subject tamiya has not covered at all. Provided that most rc modellers are already knowledgeable of mechanicals, servos and gearbox, henglong is a good start point, specially when they can purchase hobby or Arduino electronics, still their projects costing less than half that of a full option tamiya kit, and fact remains that a lot of Heng Long tank molds are straight copied off the tamiya originals, so scale looks are solely the discretion of it's owners desire for more scale and smoother movements. And you missed MY point, not all modelers nowadays can AFFORD 1:16 tamiya tanks and BUSINESS COMPETITION should drive INNOVATION. I am saying TAMIYA should also start innovating, and if they keep things as they are, they'll lose out to the heng longs, Great Wall, WPLs,etc etc. Just like what's happening to Lego, they keep their prices up, supplies limited and now you just have more hawkers and resellers buy lego and sell it later for ten times the price once lego set is discontinued. I'd rather not have that happen to Tamiya. Though i thoroughly dislike the communist regime ruining china today, let's not underestimate the ingenuity of their own engineers when it comes to new(stolen) tech. Plus look at the suspension of the premium henglong abrams. It looks like it will out do and stabilize this tank just as well as compared to the Tamiya Abrams

Hello friend, I just bought one with metal tracks and as the tracks move forward they make a very loud noise permanently. It runs well, it has no problems but the noise is much louder than what you show. What can be? thank you

Man i like this video because the slow motion shows that it perform just like the full scale version of it, the suspension movement and the wiggle of the tracks when stopping is awesome. These tanks are broken far more than they are running. Great idea, but terrible engineering. Unlike what this video shows....you take them outside and its all over. Soon they won't turn one way of another, and then the gears strip. These are propaganda sales videos paid by teh Chinese to make you think they are fun and practical. Even with the upgraded metal tracks and gears...no good. After running them for a session, they are boring. They are nice static displays, but zinc gears don't work for long under any stress at all. Any small pebbles will stop the tracks. Any unsettling terrain and they won't operate. Get them wet and it's all over. They are amazing looking, well detailed, and accurate. Just cheap materials like most PRC items.....so they break...often.

No smoke and no recoil metal barrel. Does it have the metal gear drive trans? Nice lower all metal unit.
The tank was upgraded to smoke, LEDs, and recoil.
하체메탈과 서스펜션의 성능은 좋은 편이네요! 그런데 가격에 비해 사운드와 포를 쏠 때 BB탄 발사할 때 나오는 발사음이 아쉽습니다. 클락사의 TK-40 이나 TK-60 시리즈의 보드를 사용했으면 타미야를 능가하는 전차가 되었을 것 같습니다! 영상 잘 봤어요!^^
하부가 토션바 서스펜션이라 아주 부드럽네요 ㅎtk보드 사운드 저도 들어봤는데 효과음이 정말 좋더라구요~

헝롱 풀메 탱크 CNC밀링이라 품질은 좋은데.. 아무곳에나 비스를 박아두네요.. 전면에 장력조절용 육각렌치는.. 쩝.. 요새 헝롱 풀메 티거는 아예 정면 디테일을 전부 인쇄해두었더라구요 ㅎㅎㅎ 아직은 살짝 아쉬운 부분이 많은 헝롱인듯 합니다 ㅜ
그래도 매번 업그래이드가 되니 더더욱 좋아지고 있습니다

하부가 마토와 다르게 CNC로 만들어진것 처럼 깔끔하네요. 토션바도 탄성이 좋은건지 엄청납니다.
2단 스피드도 대박이고 이건 3셀도 지원되는건가요? 이걸 샀어야 했는데...아.........🥺

These tanks are broken far more than they are running. Great idea, but terrible engineering. Unlike what this video shows....you take them outside and its all over. Soon they won't turn one way of another, and then the gears strip. These are propaganda sales videos paid by teh Chinese to make you think they are fun and practical. Even with the upgraded metal tracks and gears...no good. After running them for a session, they are boring. They are nice static displays, but zinc gears don't work for long under any stress at all. Any small pebbles will stop the tracks. Any unsettling terrain and they won't operate. Get them wet and it's all over. They are amazing looking, well detailed, and accurate. Just cheap materials like most PRC items.....so they break...often.
