Thank you! I wish I could share a picture here. I was looking for a cute gift card holder and couldn't find one to make. So I made your bear head, then did a granny square all same color for the body, with some net-like stitching (from making water bottle holders) to make a pouch on the square to hold the card. Then I added tube-arms and legs with magic circle paws. It turned out adorable!!

I bought a similar pattern from elsewhere, the stitches are slightly different but I love the look of this one too. I find it so confusing with American and UK crochet stitch names - I don't know why they're called something different. I think a double crochet (US) is a treble (UK)? x

Possibly dumb question: when sewing the applique on (I noticed you weaved in your brown edges) did you use the OG project color (i.e. the blue of the romper) or did you use the brown of the bear? Should I leave a longer tail of the brown, like with the snout, or use a different strand altogether?
