HE HAS TUTORIALS? I've been looking for days on how to do some of this stuff! Finally!
Glad ya found it :)
I just found this right now.
Finally
You are officially my favorite magician!! 😍😍
Well thank ya!
You do an excellent job of explaining everything assuming we have no prior knowledge, but still not over explaining or talking down to your audience. Amazing video, wonderful charisma
You're featured on the CZcams frontpage playlist, congrats.
Oh nice!
Doug, you are the only magician I know that can not only make your performance entertaining, but comedic as well.
Very awesome video enjoyed every minute. That red hot mama got me good lol.
Love hearing that! Tnx for the feedback
My man can open a business exporting good vibes ♡♡
🙏❤️🙏
Damn the time-difference. This will be a clip for my tomorrow, good night! 😆(And ty for uploading)
Doug thanks for the recommendation on the book, found a copy on eBay for $5 w/fs. I'm really getting into this. I actually pulled off my first 'magic trick' in front of a group last night at a party doing the 4 way out deck that I built. It left everyone baffled because I hid the cards around the room when I first got there. I even fooled the expert. You know the type, has an answer for every trick. For example the 5 cards cut in half (S-o-r-t T-h-e M-a-g-i-c C-a-r-d-s) "Oh that's done using a formula, my dad showed me that where you don't need cards!" "David Blain has nothing to worry about!" Well thank you A-h for ruining it for everyone else. He's still scratching his head. I'm having a blast with your tutorials and watching you work, man you are smooth! Even knowing what you are doing, it's hard to or even catching the move. Do you have a video on shooting a card? I can't find it if you do. I've watched others show how it's done, but they don't show you how to correct mistakes. Because of an injury that I acquired overseas in the 60s my left hand is functional but slow reaction and descent control in the right. My problem is consistently doing it right. I know I need practice to build muscle memory, but I don't want to practice it wrong. Everyone seems to do it differently. I feel like I'm squeezing the friggen deck before I can get a card to shoot. Any suggestions? Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. Until I get that mastered everything else is on hold. Love your videos. Thanks Will
Late to the party but immediately subbed. Thanks
Thank ya!
Just as an FYI, I bought a comp of the "Mark Wilson Magic Complete Course in Magic" book on eBay a month or so ago. Hardcover, and in brand new condition...for $4.88 DELIVERED. And when I got it, it was indeed a brand new copy. It took about 8 days to get to me. There were plenty of others in conditions ranging from "Good" to "Like New."
I love your channel, humour and instruction. Thank you.
I love this so much!
Still learning these shuffles thanks for this video
Honestly Doug you are one of the only magicians that fools me every single time. And you are a great teacher. Keep up the good work.😁
🙏🪄🙏
The first book I bought for magic. Much knowledge in it - glad you are deciphering it for us. I will be watching all of these. Thanks
Love hearing that! Tnx!
Fantastic!! Fabulous!! Just plain Awesome!!
I’m glad ya think so!
Right on time
Very interesting that Doug messes up some moves. This shows, that all his moves are totally muscle memory, and the more he needs to concentrate what he is doing, the more error prone it is. Usually it just flows.
THEORY 11!! WOOT!
You said You would teach us things and you DIDDD🤩🤩🤩😍😍😍
Love ya man by the way your first long video of teaching was awesome
Loved it all the way through♠️♥️♣️♦️
Thanks for the feedback. I’m glad ya enjoyed!
@@DougConn i have been working with a deck of cards for three months sir. Do you think it would be better and easier to practice push-through shuffle with a new deck?
Be cause it seems that cards are hugging one another when I'm trying to pull thr packet backwards and bring it to the top😓😂 and please teach us some ideas as to why we are supposed to practice magic really( don't forget crooked deals😬😬)
@@ashenmehdi9357 for a push through, it's probably not that big of a deal, but in general, I suggest a 'new' deck (that's been broken in through shuffles) I go through a few decks a wek
@@DougConn 🧡💛💛💚💙♠️♥️♦️♣️
good stuff!
Tnx!
wow
❤️
I KNOW YOUR SECRETS NOW MAGIC MAN
Oh nice! Ya found the tutorials!
@@DougConn you are god no longer i shall ascertain your power...... or so I thought wow I find that hard to do
@@thecharredone329 you still need a ton of practise to get to his level, it’s not always 100% technique
@@kovert0312 yeah i cut my self on my cards
Your just incredibile. What is the best deck for beginners to your mind? Please give me your opinion. I just subbed!
I prefer & recommend standard Bicycles… quality cards : Affordable and available at your local drugstore. And Hey welcome to the Magic party?
@@DougConn sure! You're just great and spontaneous. That's fantastic. Isn't Phoenix better than Bycicle?
Question for you, Doug - I play Magic The Gathering, a collectable card game and while I certainly don't want to imply that I mean to use these tricks to stack my deck, these fancy-looking shuffles are always a cool flourish to show off at the table. I was wondering if you have any experience or advice on working with non-standard cards like mtg cards, which are made of a different material than traditional playing cards, or cards in plastic sleeves. I've noticed that the sleeves add a bit of bulk to the deck, which makes holding a 60-card deck (standard size for the game) in one hand a bit of a trick in itself, let alone maneuvering it about! If you have any vid recommendations or books to read, I'd love to hear it!
As always, fantastic vid and I look forward to the next one! Thanks!
I’d suggest studying overhand (jog) shuffle techniques ... best wishes!
“Card College” will teach you what ya need & I teach some basics here czcams.com/video/ULDtdmjEXRs/video.html
@@DougConn thanks Doug! I'll keep practicing!

I do a riffle shuffle when I play uno with my son. I do it so I get a draw 4 card. He hasn't figured out how I always end up with a draw 4 card
Don’t go to the dark side! 🤣
