Cracking vid. Looking forward to the 'Toast Off' as well
That bullbar looks like a pair of Elton John's glasses
The toast off got to be done :)
3 seconds in and il thinking you know what Mike Tyson said about having a plan lol
That's a Great bit of Kit thanks for sharing 👍 🚐😀🇨🇮
I’ve just discovered this channel, it’s most excellent. Liked & subscribed👍
Thanks
Personally, I'm just totally over roof-tents altogether.
For one or two nights, it's far easier to just kip inside the vehicle (assuming it's built in a way that allows you to).
For a week's holiday, a roof-tent would be great... except that you have to empty the f**king thing and pack it up every morning if you want to go anywhere in the vehicle.
Ideally, I suppose, I'd have a Patriot-style trailer with a kitchen, generator and hot-water system built-in and then I'd bung a roof-tent on top of it.
That way, you can use the vehicle alone for overnighters, hitch up the trailer for holidays, set it all up on a campsite and leave it there when you use the vehicle.
Having a touring caravan & a Kampa air awning I’m surprised no one has come up with zip on sides to the awning. Plug in air supply and inflate job done for shelter.
Thanks for another enjoyable vid mate!
Superb 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌
Toast !
Thanks Rich for doing Andy truck for part 2 his normal high standards of work like that beautiful 110 that Andy had.
Now that's a overlander vehicle looks great well done guys. 🍺👍🍺👍
Great little video. That Drifta kitchen will be an awsome addition to the setup, would love to see another video when that arrives.
Lovely set up, really like the awning it's amazing. Also that bumper is something that you would not want to argue with.
She's a beaut rig boys, no doubt. Regarding the roof top tents, you have to remember why we built them in the first place. Crocks and Lions. If you are down South in Aussie, Vic, Tazzy, NSW, South Stralia, Southern WA you are not rocking a roof top tent, you are swagging it 99% of the time or Oz Tent. Only outback in the North, Queensland, NT, Northern WA you are going to get things that eat you on the river banks. Hence the RTT. Pain in the arse really but a must. Time it takes to roll up a swag in the mornings is less than messing around with a RTT 9 times out of 10. Chairs a pisser mate, good stuff.
Your always welcome to come test out the 70 series we sell south east of Kent
Get in contact kind regards Travis Rowlands
Thank you. I will bare you in mind if I’m ever down your way.
that is my dream wagon
Want to see the toast off lol 🤣🤣🤣
Awesome vehicle! Great camaraderie there! Stay safe atb 👍🦊
Really great video Loved it
Nice one enjoyed that 👍 love the rig .OUT
Great video loving the rig Andy has a top set up done a great job
And loving the banter keep up the good work 🐼🐼
I'm with you on the hard shell campervan we as a family do lots of local daily trips (Sunday adventures) pulling up at a beach carpark in a camper is much easier for cooking, changing or place to get out of the weather. I guess it depends on what you intend on using the vehicle most of the time.
P. s good to meet you at the adventure overland show
Love Andy’s humour 😂 He’s a right crack. He drives a beast let’s just admit it 😊
He’s compensating with that 4.2
@@Bugoutvehiclesuk haha 😂 wobbly sausage 😂😂
Woah woah woah. Now I’m not the kind of guy to say someone is wrong but I’m afraid you are wrong. An ox overland roof tent with a annex room is the future. Has a floor. So whack the carpet down nice and warm 🤣
Great seeing you all again it's been a while since I tuned in. Your information I believe come this Winter in your country is gonna become invaluable. Where I live we heat our homes with wood burning stoves I think if you don't already do that you're going to be based on the fuel situation blessings from Southern Oregon
Yes I’m multi fuel. I have gas central heating but I have a multi fuel stove that burns coal and wood so all good. The house is very well insulated too. Thanks for stopping in.
good vid on the channel thanks lee
Thanks Lee.
Tidy truck there, do you recommend the ridge monkey shelter? Seen mixed reviews.. I think ARB suffer without fetching newer designs out, what was available 20 years ago is what you'll get today, great stuff just ageing design
Looks great. Any bull bars available?
was worth watching to the end as no Landy or disco.... a good old japanese old thing.. alas i have only a Pajero but beggers cant be choosers..
Does it really bother you what other people drive?
@@danzeman4520 they are just done to death.... plus owners seem to think there is nothing else worth having
thanks for another great overlander look around how much does the ridge monkey carp tent retail at as this looks another level up from the tents that i camp in.
Funny thing is there’s know where to off-road in England, believe me I’ve tried
What ever you do don’t look at my vid from a few weeks ago off roading 😂
@@Bugoutvehiclesuk Will do,ta
I look at that rig an think why o why did I buy a landrover lol
I’m wondering the same 😂 I think a big 4.2 would suite you
I don’t understand, his mate puts dodge body trucks on LC 80 chassis? What’s that all about?
Wobby sausages
Nooo on Andys channel!
Wish you would add a list of the extra kit and where it came from.....
Hahahaha this isn’t a full time job you know.
@@Bugoutvehiclesuk just a large lottery win away....
@@alanedwards6491 if I did I would love to spend the time doing it and get some training on how to make it better. For now it’s weekends and evenings
@@Bugoutvehiclesuk you do a good job , wouldn't know 8t was a hobby
With that bumper the front departure angle doesn’t look the best.
😂 looking at your previous comments you have nothing to say unless your picking fault so I’m sure he’s not worried.
@@Bugoutvehiclesuk Mate just my comment, after owning an 80 and other overland vehicles for a number of years. The winch tray seems to look to be very low and sticks out the front, maybe the angle in the video
@@Bigchaser01327 I’m really not bothered. You made a pattern and I’m not interested in what negative ppl have to say.
@@Bugoutvehiclesuk You only perceive it to be negative because you don't agree, which is fine.... everybody is entiled to their opinion. If I wanted to be negative I would mention your beach camp better known as Shell Island Camp Site, or the overland trips you have done again on easy green lanes popular with many. I admit I’ve driven Strata Florida, but your videos make it out to be remote and difficult.
