Good tip how to devein shrimp and how to keep herbs fresh. I just fried some coconut shrimp.. it was so good. I am going to try your's too. I have some shrimp and coconut left in the freezer. I saved your recipe.

Aww, you're so sweet. Thank you so much! No, I don't peel the shrimp before cooking. I like to leave the shell on when I cook it because I feel like it adds flavor to the dish. You can peel it if you want to though. Take care and thank you for subscribing 😊❤
