If you boil the vodka like what tita Small did, you are reducing the alcohol content of the vodka. There's nothing wrong with that naman. But if you like a stronger vodka, just do the simple syrup: 1 cup sugar to 1 cup water, in a pot, boil until the sugar dissolves then mix lang with the vodka infused lemon. 😊
The first time I had limoncello was in LÓpera Restorante corner Pasay Road and Makati Ave my fav resto. That was a long time ago and since then limoncello became my favorite drink. I was really drunk because I took it with 3 shots of sambuca. Those were the days.
