There was also a possum all night go Harvest a deer trip LOL and yes you normally have to be in the woods in the evening time to be able to spot an armadillo LOL but did you know that a possum is your best friend in the woods , they eat ticks
They actually don’t eat ticks the way people think they do but I grew up seeing those … nothing exciting. Plus they are a nightmare for chicken owners !
@@3MISSISSIPPI well I can bet they would be a nightmare for chicken owners , and some people might think that the only thing a possum will eat is ticks which is not true , but they do eat ticks

I knew from the opening what you saw an armadillo! While in Florida for the winter (area where DD5 and C’mon Mtn came from) my wife and I watched an armadillo cross the road and I filmed it. I then asked her why did the chicken cross the road? And she looked at me funny and I said to show the armadillos how it’s done! We laughed. That one learned a great lesson!

It was our neighbors pasture and we didn’t want leave guts in his field to draw predators. He rotates the cattle through there.

lol I always said the same thing syd until I got to see on run right in front of me and my daughter one night as we were walking up a dark road just down from the house I was so excited I know I probably scared that poor baby half to death 🤣 cause on the other side of town we always saw em on the side of the road 😢 that was the only one I ever did see too 🤷♀️

You can only buy pillow cases for pillows for the bed. Cushion covers go on cushions anywhere. Different places use the words interchangeably but they are still using them incorrectly. You can chose to accept knowledge or refute it, the facts are still the facts. LOL

We have several possums and armadillos around here every night. The armadillos are fairly harmless other than tearing up your lawn, eating bugs, they are also pretty nearsighted, they'll walk right by you if you're quiet. The possums will eat up your dog/cat food and try their best to get your chickens. They usually get dispatched.

It's been my experience if you just plant something in the ground without any type of fence around it, the more you want it to grow the bigger chance you have of armadillos rooting it all up and destroying it.... I've punted them off the porch after catching them digging in the planter boxes.
