    Dina, I’m a 53 year old wife, mother of 2 and grandmother of 3. Congratulations on your new baby boy! I just wanted to make a quick comment to let you know how you’ve taught me so much about modest fashion! As a Christian, I’ve always dressed modestly, but with no real pizazz! I have learned so much about where to shop, how to shop, what pieces to look for, and on and on! And, my family and my church friends have noticed and have had so many wonderful compliments! I’ve totally revamped my clothes and shoes and it has just given me such a lift! Thanks again for the lessons. Oh, I’ve already pre-ordered your new book! I feel like this is a real testimony on how women can lift each other up, even if we see things differently.

    All my pregnancies (5 total) except for my first pregnancy have started hard core from the start, there was no doubt I was in labor. The first pregnancy was like yours, the contractions started early in the morning and I was like “could this be it?” I went to the doctor, he didn’t check me. He told me “just cause today is your due date doesn’t mean you’ll go into labor.
    The next morning I had my daughter at 9am.
    Anyways, love how descriptive you are cause it brought back so many memories of my own births. Haha!
    Congratulations! On your new baby boy.

    Hey , the part where you said the midwife told you darling your not in labour because you don’t look in real pain that part pissed me of cause I gave birth 11 months ago to twin boys. I told the midwife I can feel the contractions and they also said to me nooo you are no where near being in labour cause you look totally normal , I demanded for a doctor and she checked me straightaway and she told me I was 6cm Dilated and they automatically had to hit the emergency button (multiple births are high risks) and literally an hour later the twins were born naturally and healthy ,
    Midwifes really need to understand some people have a high pain tolerance, I still remember I was talking on the phone whilst pushing out the babies 😅looking back at it now , realise how weird I looked to all the doctors in the delivery room 😂😂

    Circumcisions are best done when the boys are babies because they heal faster and they’re at an age where they’re not crawling and simply lying down. Plus good clinics provide numbing gels so the little guy won’t feel any pain. 2 of my nephews have had it done within the first 2-3 months and they’re happy and healthy Alhamdulillah (just a little comfort for you guys x)

  • @aamnahere6250
    @aamnahere6250 Před 6 lety +1

    I have never been pregnant so never personally experienced childbirth but I always compared it in my mind to a worst possible case of constipation. If you've had them then you'll know that that big push is the one you dread the most but it ultimately resolves the issue and ends all pain.

    • @MsKingusbaby1
      @MsKingusbaby1 Před 6 lety

      I find her funny and entertaining, but modest? Talkin about delivery into such details(including she let us know she had a poop x hours later- Sid didnt like that obviously) i surprise her book is modestly. Bcz its not only about dressing, but behaviour and personality. I more find her like 'cheeky'.

    • @MaryamPlays
      @MaryamPlays Před 6 lety +1

      In terms of her clothing, since everyone always goes on about her scarf.
      Anyway her channel is focused more for women, she's just very honest and believe me there are a lot of delivery stories out there that are a lot more explicit.

    • @zr8393
      @zr8393 Před 6 lety +1

      Why should she not talk of her delivery in detail. It's educational for women. But I do feel that she should cover her hair. She seems to be a role model.
