- ABP News: Arvind Kejriwal Bail: दिल्ली शराब नीति से जुड़े मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग मामले में मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल को झटका लगा है. केजरीवाल की जमानत याचिका के खिलाफ दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट ने कहा कि सुनवाई होने तक ट्रायल कोर्ट के आदेश पर रोक लगी रहेगी. यानी कि केजरीवाल जब तक तिहाड़ जेल से रिहा नहीं होंगे जब तक कि हाईकोर्ट मामले की सुनवाई नहीं कर लेता.
दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट ने अरविंद केजरीवाल को दी गई जमानत के खिलाफ ईडी की याचिका पर तत्काल सुनवाई की अनुमति दी. हाईकोर्ट ने कहा कि जब तक हम मामले की सुनवाई नहीं कर लेते तब तक निचली अदालत का आदेश प्रभावी नहीं होगा.

Dube ji you should read and learn law and understand the factual status. All courts have already heard and disposed off the same but even then after every 2 or 3 days this kejriwal reaches one court or the other like a jumping monkey just to take chance. Kejriwal is known for taking benefit of law by sheer abusing it. The same judge cancelled the bail application one day before. No journalist is raising this issue.
