      Perfect analysis,
      Can put it like this...
      Stage 1... Pre launch ( Risky but high ROI you may get )
      Stage 2 .. Rera Applied , that means all formalities are completed .. .. exit .
      Stage 3 .. Rera obtained... Next payment demanded and agreement made . Now you are under LAW ... and your buying is Recorded. So two options... Either stay till possession offer or exit . If exit ... ROI again good .
      Stage 4 .. possession offer , after that stamp duty expenses are going to add your purchase value . Hense exit .
      Stage 5 ... Registration done . Now stay invested as when the construction starts , appreciation will come .

      Motiaz me end user has entered and hype is over , commercials plots they have sold , construction may not happen as no non construction charges in the project . Advise .. shift your funds , if you are an investor, if you are a user , hold on , the site is good for living.
