Peter Jackson's LOTR was a home run. A 9.5. BUT HE LEFT OUT TOM BOMBADIL!!! This was a tragic omission. A crime against humanity! He said Bombadil didn't add to this story, didn't advance the plot. LOTR takes us out of banality and puts us in a magical world. And Bombadil was the most magical character in a magical story! Maybe in the future they could film these scenes and re-insert them into the films. Kinda of like when they released the extended version. Hey CGI can do anything these days!

Reading LotR as a kid, I found it hard to read Tom Bombadil's singing parts. Only after hearing the audio book decades later of Andy Serkis reading LotR did I get a better understanding of the way the character was written and the joy of his whimsical personality. When I saw you were going to portray Bombadil I was skeptical that it was going to be pretty cringey but hot damn, I shouldn't be surprised; as a testament to your own skill, you not only captured the character so well but even finessed in your own comedic style and that was magical, Bravo!
I kept thinking why is Ned Stark sitting off with Gandalf, Agent Smith and Dracula i had forgot he was Boromir, Charlie needs to get new locks for his door 🤣
