In today's episode we talk about the future of Adventures In Trucking. Are we quitting? Are we moving on? Stay tuned and see what we will be doing! IG: pts_Jamie
I knew it wasn’t over….. One door closes and a million more open. Good stuff!!!! 2023 is a big year for adventures and trucking!!! Letttttt’s f***** gooooo! 🔥
Glad to see you put a video out... I was getting worried for a second and I was going to put a missing persons add on the side of the carton of milk...!!!! Oh wait they don't do that anymore... Next your missing I will put a missing ad on a billboard...!!! Glad to see you guys back... Stay safe... I'm running 2 months behind because my business partner was diagnosed with cancer... !!! I want to take him with me on a test drive with my equipment ( empty of course ) so at least he can ride hotshot one last time...!!!! Stay safe out there guys and don't give up... It's going to rough for a little bit but it will get better..!!! Got to stay positive...!!!!
I'm thinking with the companys closing down, and the short run electric units, this is going to boost the market for hotshoting back towards the original call for "hotshots". Nice spread of your company though. 👍👍👍
Nice addition to your line of equipment. I have become an avid supporter and wish you all the best in your ventures. Question, have you run into any problems when delivering loads whereby no forklift or equipment is available to offload cargo? When this happens, how do you resolve the problem particularly when you have other partials on your trailer to deliver. Thanks as always. You’re an inspiration to many of us out here and your Channel is both coaching and motivating people.
We have run into that problem a couple of times one time we were able to off load the freight with a tractor that was on site. They said we could use it. The second time it happened we kinda just had to eat it and wait until the next day. We did call our broker and get more money. Our second drop was 10 min away so we just called them and told them we would be there in the morning and we went to pick it up in the morning then delivered the other load right after. Thank you for supporting the channel and showing love as well. We couldnt make all this content without the support of you guys.
Your a super smart guy.... I did say u was cheap at one time, but looking back your a hands on guy that know how to fix thing... Keep grinding your a first class guy
i have about same set-up .. i would recommend putting a flat solar panel on top like i did this way always have power in trailer no matter where you are .. also can use power from trailer to run other things if needed .. my solar powers everything i need on truck and trailer even air conditioning fridge and SAT
nice purchase, a solar charger to prime the batteries would be good, can you add a airbag lift axle to cut down on tyre wear when empty, and can you drive a forklift inside the trailer to haul other types of freight..
I once bought a race trailer in that condition. I was amazed how easy it was to make it look new again. Don't forget about tossing motorcycles in their.
I am a few days late, nothing new there. When you get all the new tires go ahead and put new heavy duty shocks on the trailer and get the new tires balanced. I am like you, I don't like a goose neck hitch, I just think a fifth-wheel rides so much better. I would think you're going to be running a lot of coast to coast on this new job.
Really for the most part a enclosed doesn't pay much better than a open trailer honestly! Also on new cars and the exotis you have to use over the tire straps.Which means you will have to put ore e trac down!
E trac already in the floor two rows and down the walls.. also this trailer gives us more flexibility to no only do flatbed.. also think it depends on if youre getting cars off load board or direct shippers
@@adventuresintrucking1995 i see the e trac but that is either not wide enough or too wide to go over the tires. Anyway good luck on your adventure. I am curious what the mpgs will be hauling it with the sport chassis
Tbh im not exactly sure on that.. we are making ours. I used to weld before i got my CDL so im just going to fabricate the ramps we have and probably make them stronger
I see where youre coming from but that wont work for us for a few reasons. This trailer wasn’t optioned with 19.5s. We dont need 19.5s because the weight carrying capacity isnt near what we deal with on our flatbed. Lastly we need to keep the profile of the trailer low as possible considering the type of cars we want to put in it. So 19.5s just wont do for us. We do have 14 ply commercial tires on it now however but I definitely see your point in some situations just not this one
The issue is they are far and few. And you will have a lot of dead head. Insurance will be out of this world. But, I wish you all the luck in the world.
already have insurance that covers and having direct customers and connections is a part of the game gotta be smart how ya move out here or you wont make no money ya know.
I want that old Chevy in the background my dad had one with a 22ft flatbed and hotshot for years that's how I got into hotshot
Congratulations 🎊 👏 , you've obviously done your research and appear to know your stuff. Keep Truckin. Stay Safe, Stay Blessed
That’s what its all about.. sometimes you have to move left or right to move forward.
Man that’s a nice trailer for sure! You definitely gonna make some $$$$$ with that! Be safe out there! Catch ya on the next one
Thats the plan! Cant wait to get this baby on the road!
Pretty nice trailer. Can’t wait to see how the new venture works out for you.
Definitely got some big plans in the works for sure cant wait to show you guys

Definitely PLEASE give him one last ride. Cancer is wack. And youre right it will turn back around eventually

Congratulations on your new trailer. I hope it works out.
Got a load of custom motorcycles headed to vegas as we speak 😁

Those are good ideas.. cant do a forklift though door wont take the weight.
@@adventuresintrucking1995 enclosed trailers can carry security freight, hand load ,you can also use the front part of the trailer as a sleeping area
@@johnthomson9558 will definitely have to check that out for sure! and yea we thought about that perhaps we still might
Congrats and good luck.
Thanks, definitely a big step for us and we cant wait to drop more vids.

Oh that’s definitely the plan! We are making big strides in bringing her back to tip top shape
Congratulations on your new avenger
If the truck was black😮💨with the trailer combo would be so beautiful
Stay tuned major changes have happened to the trailer! 🤫
Awesome setup... Just a little waxing and buffing and she'll look brand new...!!!
Most def.. we have a lot of things we have gone through and changed and or made better already youll see it soon :D

I agree 5th wheel is so much better it just rides better and its safer than a ball
very cool, I've been looking at doing the same business adventure

I've been wanting to do the same thing, except I want to haul motorcycles to rallies.
We are interested in that as well we have a few things planned for the future!
where can i get the ramps to run the third car
Tbh im not exactly sure on that.. we are making ours. I used to weld before i got my CDL so im just going to fabricate the ramps we have and probably make them stronger
Do you have a way I can get in touch with you about having a car transported?
Yes you can email us at precisiontransportsystems@yahoo.com
Had 48ft Sundowner!
Nice! You did cars with it?
19.5 tires....... get rid of them 16's...... real truck tires last a lot longer and take more abuse.

Plus we still have our flatbed so either way we arent dead in the water
