I've had the same insomnia for ten years, I just learned to take naps when I can.

I have suffered from insomnia for years. I tried everything. Melatonin only puts you to sleep but doesn't keep you asleep. About 6 months ago someone recommended taking magnesium before bed. I figured why the hell not nothing else has helped. Within just one month my insomnia was basically gone! I do wake up and go to the bathroom but I'm not wide awake three times a night. Walking around the house and answering emails lol. It does take a good month or so for it to get into your system, but believe me you'll be so happy with the results! Hope you find some peaceful sleep! BTW, thanks for your content. I love your commentary and everything!

I have no dog bite on the right side of my face, but as I’m aging, my right eye is noticeably more hooded than my left. They aren’t drooping at the same rate! I kinda look like I’m winking a little! 😉

Oh dear you are brave, I can’t stand hot and humid weather. I was in Florida last December and the weather was great for me (I live in the UK, so here is rubbish most of the times!). But would never go to Florida in summer heck no ♨️🔥🥵

Ugh I use to get seven hours max when I was younger, now it’s just a crap shoot. I wake so often and toss and turn. A lot of it is the horrible hot flashes and if I don’t get up and walk around and use a damp washcloth or walk outside , it get worse and worse and adds sweats to it. And in places I never thought could sweat. I hate it so much. Getting old is not for the weak but I still realize it’s a privilege

Were you on hormonal birth control? That may have affected your skin type. Getting older myself, I have noticed my skin is drier now. I love shop my stash videos. ❤
