Here is what you'll need!
Chicken 250 gm
Plain yogurt 4 tbsp
Gram flour/besan 2 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Nutmeg powder / jaifal 1/4 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Tasting salt/msg 1/2 tsp
Chili flakes 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Mustard paste 1 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Ginger paste 1/2 tsp
Mustard oil 1 tbsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp

Not sure why people are keep saying it’s not chicken chaap. In Bangladesh chicken chaap does look like this. May be in other countries chicken chaap is made in different ways. Like kabobs are made in all different ways throughout the world. It’s my favorite cooking channel and I have tried so many of their recipes and everything always turn out so good. That’s why though I should write something to defend the negative comments 😔

China786 most of the seasonings are easily available in every grocery store and even people who don’t cook south asian food regularly have them. you can also use regular flour and oil instead of besan and mustard oil
