I wanted to share Dr. Klimas that your advice here has been the only advice many of us long-haulers have received by a physician that is relevant to our illness. Many of us, including myself, have been gas-lighted by our PCP because many are so unprepared to deal with patients like us. They want to have us screened for illnesses like cancer they are more accustomed to treating. We are frustrating for them and they do not want to deal with us because they feel helpless. Your advice is spot on and has helped me. I am still dealing with it but I know I am better than many others because of this video. Thank you.

Excellent video and information to explain the fatigue due to the cell energy levels being conserved to prevent cell death and the need for antioxidants and plus reducing inflammation. It reflects be what I have been doing for post COVID-19 be supplements by with the NAC. I am also doing alpha lipoic acid for the nerve pain plus fish oil, flax seed oil, and the curcumin. Move Free Advanced for the joint pain. I will add the CoQ10 ubiquinol version. I did the one enteric adult or baby aspirin when I had Covid and was worried about micro-clots blood clots in my lungs. It did make the chest pain go away. I also did L-Arginine to prevent clots and to help the endothelial cells plus ate pumpkin seeds or Pepitas which had it.
Your tips on exercise, rest, and listening to your body is spot on. I had written a post about how important it was to listen to the body and what it needs.

      Hi cb brooks,
We took your first question to Dr. Klimas and here is her response: "I think the oral NAC treatment is the easiest, with recent studies showing that it crosses the blood brain barrier and exerts a documented antioxidant effect. The IV and IM preparations of glutathione have to be administered by an expert, and compounded by a certified compounding IV pharmacy. The oral liposomal glutathione products are bioavailable, and RediSorb ‘s liposomal glutathione has data showing it crosses the blood brain barrier in animal studies. We are using this product in a placebo control study currently. There is a triphasic glutathione product by Apex Energenics with some nice data on cognitive effects, an indirect evidence for blood brain barrier penetrance. FYI, I don’t have any financial interests in any nutraceutical company, though Kaneka (Coq10 products and probiotics), Life Extension (various nutraceuticals) and Redisorb (liposomal products) have all supported our work in various ways."
The pacing book is called: Hope and Help for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia.

    Hello, I'm Julia
Such good explanations and advice I found nowhere so far. Beeing a Covid Long-Hauler I am suffering now from Post Covid fatique. My first symptoms were on the 5th of March. Had neuro symptoms since the start of June. Now I am more or less bedbound suffering from dizzyness, double vision, headaches.....
    My questions:
    - is there a written transcript somewhere of what is said here? I understood most of it but because my native language is German and there were a few words, especially concerning the medication I couldn't follow so quickly. Would be easier for me to read.... .
    - if you suffer from post viral fatique people say after six months it can be disgnosed as chronic fatique. Is this counted from onset of the diseasee symptoms or from onset of the fatiques symptoms.?
    - Is there still a chance after six months that it will resolve still there or is it probable it'll stay like that and this is my " new normal" ?
    - I have my first ever appointment with a neurologist next week. Any recommendations what I should ask him for or not forget to tell him concerning CoV19?
