Irene Gutonowa Opdike. My all time heroine! I love her book in my hands. It shaped my whole human perspective. She was an angel in a terrible time.

She lived in Fullerton and came to my school in jr high. She told her story and we got to ask her questions. She was super sweet...there was not one dry eye in that class and she signed her book for us. We each got one and I will forever cherish mine. She was a wonderful woman. Not All Superheros wear Capes. ❤❤RIP Irene ❤❤
