    Been using the unger green with the accelerator for about a month now and I can hands down say it's the longest lasting rubber with fantastic glide!
    Taking away all the time it takes to wear in a rubber, and how much longer one lasts, I think it ends up saving money.
    That't not to say the Ettore Master rubber isn't also fantastic though.

      Thanks kindly buddy! Loved the ova 8 pics btw!
      Yeah I really glad they are going to keep making it, lasts for ages which is good as I work on a lot of wooden windows so having a rubber thats a bit tougher but still good glide is very handy 😉

    Great review, However I believe you missed the Unger green rubbers weakness. It’s only amazing if you use the fanning technique, if you try to straight pull down, especially with a pole, it’s not half as good as the typical black Unger Black rubber

    • @craig6903
      @craig6903 Před 3 lety +1

      Also they are sold out here in the USA, so we are hoping they will resupply. It’s a great rubber for fanning

    Thanks, Mr Trad. I will indeed give that green stuff a go.
    I have however, about fifteen thousand years supply of old brass end-clips. So I'm assuming they'll be just as good as the square unger plastic thingies

    Question tradman, I see you don't trim your rubber at angle on liquidator channel. I tried it that way but it seemed to get in the way when diving down along frames. Any suggestions? Thanks for your great reviews and videos, much appreciated.

    • @TradMan
      @TradMan  Před 3 lety +3

      Hey 👋
      Yeah I've not cut the angles for quite some time. Personally I never get any issues but could be a difference in techniques maybe buddy. I don't 'dive bomb' down frames with liqs as it can cause judder and snagging. I try to keep the channel straight when touching frames so either horizontal or vertical if that makes any sense lol!

  • @completeexteriorcleaningse750

    I found the blue moerman nxt-r hit the ground running but it squealed like a pig LOL I'm yet to try the Unger Green or Razor red I'm currently using Pulex and Unger from my local supplier.
    Great Video Tradster very informative

  • @mcace64
    @mcace64 Před 3 lety +1

    I see recently you don't cut the to fit the ends of the liquidator anymore wondering why
    also any tips for 18-in liquidator mine was bent but I strained it out but still I need to heat up the plastic ends to make them more flat helps a bit

    • @TradMan
      @TradMan  Před 3 lety +2

      I haven't cut the angles of the rubber for a long time, I've found that it makes no difference to performance but saves the hassle.
      With the 18 inch its just practice, if you flatten the clips, you'll find it won't zero detail very well, especially on flat laying seals. The clips give downward pressure on the tips which is what gives you that zero detailing.
