This is awesome - thanks so much for all the effort and support man! Really appreciate it :)
You look amazing bro
Moerse good hoor, hoop ek kom daar een dag!
STERKSEUN!
Upload something brother people will enjoy your style. Jacked strong with great form = success
You should seriously get some content out there. Those lifts right there are a hit!
F in the chat for that guy in the back only able to do hack squats with 1 plate since this guy is using the rest
lmao
@@Bensux i think you miss understood the original comment.
L bozo
@@Bensux you’re pretty dumb
@@Bensux yeah you are way off lol
Those are the cleanest reps I've ever seen
Yeah they looked very nice his form is great to watch
i started training in powerlifting 3 months ago, and my coach told us to do competition reps even if it's only 1 plate. Trains the mind to not bounce the bar, and wait a sec before pushing the bar up
Poor form can mean the difference between first place and not even the top 3 so it makes sense that power lifters generally have really good form.
Yeah, that squat was a thing of beauty. Kudos to this beast!
Yessir
Just checked his Instagram and dude..... this guy is an actual golem. He's when you put all the custom character sliders to the right. Actual freak beast
Genetic Specimen
Isn’t a golem someone who kills Jews?
@@caseyporter499 dude wtf is wrong with you. First off a simple Google search would tell you that even in a Jewish context it can be a helper, companion, or rescuer of Jewish people. Which is also not this context. Gtfo of here with that nonsense
@@caseyporter499 No
Word on the street is this guy is in cahoots with Kanye, and Mel Gibson
Cool that he is so strong while also winning bodybuilding shows too
@@strongestnattyever-videos2247 Point of this comment is??
Yeah get lost, cockdick
When they train for strength bodybuilders get damn strong, the only thing that usually prevents them from being powerlifters is that you get a wide waist from heavy compounds lol
Man just casually decided to descend from Mount Olympus and flex on us mortals a bit
Im hella impressed when somebody is doing 100kg/225lbs for reps. But 200kg/440lbs ??? Insane
I'm only 150 pounds and I rep 225. But 440 reps is impressive at any weight.
My pr is 9x100kg and I am 53. It's not so hard
@R S wow that is crazy strong. We gotta show the kids how to do it. Cheers
@R S haha I hear ya. I tried a 1RM in april amd still battling with the shoulder injury it gave me. Damn age
@@LarsRyeJeppesen It also depends on how tall you are and how much you weigh.
You can be 53, 70kg and be 180cm, then that's pretty impressive.
You could be 53, 90kg and be 195cm, then it's still good but not impressive.
the woman in the back is pretty damn strong too
Which one
@@jordanchavez1222 Bench
@Average Deadlift Enjoyer 2 plate bench is some good stuff. Her delts and arms are really jacked
2 plates bench for a girl IN a commercial gym is incredibly rare.
I'd definitely like to see a video of her benching.
750 in a commercial gym is incredible.
Kudos to that bar
Incredible in any gym tbh
@@JK-pp2xl the bar in those gyms can always handle up to 350KG or 360KG
Exactly! 750 with a poopoo calibrated bar? That guy is a beast
Dude, 750 lbs anywhere in the world is incredible
This dude benches 200kg faster than I bench 60kg… Wtf
His arms are stronger than average pair of legs.
@@KirosanaPerkele *Chest
he benches 200 kg faster than i bench 5 kg lol
@@KirosanaPerkele chest is like glutes for your arms
And the bar had no bend in it either, weird.
casually doing reps with 200 kg on bench press would have killed me as a spotter.
I would not want to be his spotter lol. He drops it i cant help at all
yea no average spotter aint gonna catch 200kg lol
I immediately recognised him from my gym. With this in mind I can vouch that literally the whole gym always stares in amazement when he lifts
Did you see the lady next to him
Looks like she is putting two plates on 225
Well it is not like they can do anything else, he got all the freaking plates
@@Barneyfithlawman i saw that too she seemed small to handle 225
Props to the lifting channel operator for consistently staying on brand and keeping it simple. I know what I’m going to get every time I watch your videos and every new one is exciting for me to watch. Keep it coming. Thanks for your hard work.
Very strong, thanks for posting. The only other thing I'd say, is that the title is not right, he doesn't appear to be trolling other gym users at all, he's just going about his routine. Trolling is when someone intentionally tries to create conflict.
Imagine being a powerlifting and still being able to crush the competion in a body building show.
The guy is benching my heaviest deadlift for reps.
That’s a good deadlift bra
@@Ont785 thanks. It's been awhile since I've lifted that heavy. That was a bit more than 1.5x my weight when I did that PR. These days getting up to a 300lbs single is a real chore.
He's at that gym often so they have probably seen it a few times but it's still a sight to behold none the less.
Most of the guys in any gym would ask, "What is that exercise, and why would anyone do it if it doesn't work the chest or biceps?"
That girl with the pink shirt just hovering, makes these clips great. Also that bench press was clean af
She seems pretty strong too, loading up another plate
BRO, YOU'RE STRONG ASF
0:52 the girl in the back was inspired and started benching 225 damn lol
rip brave soldier
Absolute Savage, maxed out that bar on the squat!
Where's the trolling though? Sure, he impressed those people but how exactly did he troll them?
Yeah, impressing people and trolling people are very different things. Damn near opposite things, in fact.
His squat performance is next level, but i am mostly impressed by the way that 200 kg bench moved what that ease.
Very impressive!
Half the people at that gym stopped their membership and gave up after seeing him lift.
Fantastic technique and form on the squat, really impressed, took it slow and really controlled, respect.
dudes a professional power lifter...
Daaaaaammmmnnn!!!! The dude made that look like nothing. Even the bench press looked easy and that’s no baby weight. He’s a BEAST. 💪🏽
Great Squat form on that dude, really good.
Idk how it works in the states but where i am from, everyone's very supportive when someone's trying to hit a PR. The positive environment is one of the reasons i enjoy going to the gym
Love your videos Bro keep it up
💜🙏
Irado. Top demais. Vejo seus vídeos aqui do Brasil🇧🇷. Parabéns, ótimo conteúdo.
It’s safe to say that
315 bench or more will get people to look at you
405 squat or better will also have the same effect
And I would say 550 deadlift or more will have people also looking.
And a 225 bench is good but it isn’t as impressive as 315 or more. Anyone can half ass and still get to 225. 315 takes dedication and being consistent to get it. same as goes for a 405 bench to.
IMO
I say bench 405 and deadlift 585 and squat anything over 405
Yeah agree....
225 bench already blows people's minds in commercial gyms
Very few people actually have the capability to bench 405 even if they tried their whole lives. Especially without using PEDs. 315 is attainable for most if you dedicate yourself to it.
@@yg78t76t7 exactly this bro 💯👏
Beast!!!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 awesome 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻😁💕
It’s not trolling. He’s just doing his workout.
And he is doing all his reps like how you would at a comp. Bro is crazy strong
Yo make a video about his bodybuilding show!
This guy was born strong and then he got stronger.
Those bench presses were insane wow
He didn't even confront that woman who was staring at him. Impressive.
This 200kg BP move like empty Bar 😅💪
Nobody cares what someone can lift. The only thing that matters is that you turn up
Dude that bench repping is even more ridiculous to me than thst squat. What an animal
Very good technique
That’s amazing squat form upright back deep all quads incredible
Which elbow sleeve is that? Looks comfy
That 200kg bench moved like a warmup set
Why have I never heard of you? Beautiful technique.
Pffft, i get just as many people looking at me weirdly in the gym too.
Very powerful man 🙂💯♂️
I don't think anyone thought he couldn't do it, he looks every bit the person that could, they just wanted to witness him doing it.
clean reps, rarely seen today...
omg the girl is going to bench 225 in the background
the weight is impressive. But the FORM is even more impressive
I love to see "professionals" come into the gym. You get to see a real atheleat perform, and perform they do. Ive had power lifters, and gymnists come in and show off. I get off on it.
Lekker Flippie jou legend!
Commercial gyms are a joke man i once deadlifted 230kg for 3 reps in a commercial gym first 4 guys came up to me to ask how did i get so strong and after a while gym manager came up to me and kicked me out for using excessive weight XD
You lying your ass off
That bench press is crisp.
often the "small guy" failed sets are scarier than the "big guy" failed sets, since the big guy has the experience to know where to deposit the weight and clear himself, while the small guy just drops it onto his important parts
Everyone is a gangsta until pro enters...
And is so important to show
He is my favourite powerlifter and from the same country as me so yay
Beast!
Trolls gym goers: trains
Very beautiful. Very powerful.
Great lift, I don't think that's "ass to grass" or how his lifting is "trolling" but great lifting either way
Teknik using : Rest in between....so can add more weight but still have limit oso for our body to Lifting...
Yo that girl in the back loading up her second plate on the bench was jacked
The weight plates are 🔥
Respekt 💯
Not sure how he's trolling people but he's strong for sure, impressive!
The same way someone in Ferrari trolling people driving Toyota in the city. Stupid headline.
How is 90 degrees horizontal ass to grass?
I'm waiting for the trolling
In commercial Gym?😂😂😂😂 Those weights are monstrous even in a powerlifting Gym.
yea its a commercial gym wdym
Dammmmmn. That’s called genetic and hard work pays off.
And some much steroid use your balls shrivel up like rotted prunes
Certainly below parallel, but not ass to grass
Power 🔥🔥🔥
The guy warm up at bench with my pr at legs press
yep. easy. i do that in my spare time as well
What is the motivation?
That fella is strong!!!!wow
The beard won the bodybuilding show
Trolling is the correct term.
If “that was the joke” was a CZcams video
Lol there was a kid that was in my high school 3 years older than me that my brother mentioned. I literally thought the dude was superhuman. Idk seeing someone lift or hold close to 1000lbs off the ground is just nuts to me lol
They never saw a guy on test, masteron , tren and 8.000 calories per day. That would be a better title for this video
Nicolaas du preez is his name
Holy shit his 750 squat is veeeery impressive !
Ha thats my gym, he is very nice
It's also interesting when calisthenics guys are in regular gym 😁
The squat looks like his 1rm without knee sleeves. This puts into perspective the huge difference between a lowbar hingelift and a highbar. He gets about 200lbs out of his low bar 'squat'.
If he is natural i would be very impressed but if he isn't which he probably isn't i am not i want powerlifting and bodybuilding to back to being healthy and natural better for everyone and inspiring for the future generations.
The first woman (in the background in the squat scene) is completly clueless, pays no attention when she could actually learn something.
Girl in the background was about to put another 20kg plate on so pretty strong.
I hate those plates, man. My gym also has the same ones, and they are so chunky once you use some gymholix plates.
I remember a guy using the leg press, can't even remember how much it was, must have been over 300 kg. Clean set of 8.
Turns out he was a lawyer, ex boxer, that retired due to a... ahem... knee injury.
I remember joking about it, what if he hadn't injured the knee? Would he lift the whole gym?
Wow he can pick up really heavy stuff
imagine finishing gym and going back to smurf. couldn't be me! couldn't be me :(
Man Beast
God loves you so much get too know him before it's too late ❤️❤️❤️
Couldn't do that at Pizza Planet Fitness because they don't have enough combined weight.
