The hard work and ingenuity of the Indian People never ceases to amaze me. God Bless Them All.
That's no hard work
@@ikemaeddiepa6175 Do you know how to manufacture
No but i watched the video how is that hard work
Tpt
Hard working folk right there. All I can hear is "A Country Boy can Survive" by Hank williams Jr. That was some common sense brilliant work. Excellent job! I know you folks don't get paid what you deserve but one day, people like y'all will rule the world. Thank you for the video.
Absolutely Incredible!!! I’ve watched videos on how to make these, after watching this, the other videos were drastically over complicated,,, these people make it look very simple, and they do it in such an environmentally friendly way,, It literally would not surprise me at this point if they didn’t recycle the ash from the fire they used to cure all those crucibles with
Would you mind to show me that videos?
Environmentally friendly your funny.
They are speaking in " Telugu " language of Andhra Pradesh, India

Good work guys...👍
merci
hats off to Mr. Straw Wrapper!
@7:40...a cup stackers wet dream..
But seriously this is incredible, these people are hard working and know their stuff.
Wow awesome the guy in yellow shirt with pink thumb nail had it going on wow I didn't know this much work is involved with the one I got I know if I ship something in grass they might return it lol but I loved the video they are awesome
It was actualy pretty interesting
Respect for these workers! They do with minimal equipment and make a very nice product in an efficient process. I never would have thought the crucibles were that tough. I only have one and I treat like it is an egg.

My mother always fussed at me if i played in the mud. It looks like fun but if you have to do it, it becomes work.
Amazing fantastic work. I wish we still did things like that.
Very good, goodluck for everybody
Beautiful and efficient. And where more machines could be easily used Leela Sai uses people instead to make a healthy economy and stronger community.
My crucible just cracked so those look incredibly awesome too me.
These guys have it together!
Great!
I would like to know how to make the mix, the accurate recipe, so I could make homemade molds.
Figure something out Roma?
just buy it, is NOT that expensive. To make it you need to make a mold then have the proper % of clay and best graphite available, after that you fire the raw crucible in an oven making sure the temperature is right. Now you know, start making your own.
Maku kavalante akadiki ravali contract number estara
It just shows how many people have a small forge or furnace. I wonder if my crucibles were made here? Though mine have lids.
nice vLogs
Excellent work.👍
Thank you! Cheers!

Awesome I will never look at my crucible the same again, looks like a fun job
You should!
There ya go. At 2:45 shove your hand down in that hopper! I thought that looked like bone in my last cruciable. Fun to see then made and not just distroyed by me lol
I caught that to. Uhg.
Yeah, many accidents like these. Better to use a wooden stick to push it in.
Good job
Thanks
Another beautiful demonstration of extraordinary work, undoubtedly the best workers in the world can be found in India. These people are working under conditions that would be unacceptable to us and they never complain. I would very much like their working conditions to improve because they all take considerable risks while doing their jobs.
Could anyone tell me what is the powdered gray matter that is added to the earth to make these crucibles, I was thinking of graphite but I have a big doubt and I would like to know what it is is because I suppose that it is thanks to this material and to the cooking of the earthenware pots that the crucibles can withstand high temperatures. Thank you for sharing these videos showing us these people from the end of the world working artisanally.
It's graphite.
Admirable, sobrecogedor e injusto .

Believe it or not...makes me nostalgic for my rural childhood in the USA. We called it the "farmer blow."

Sir Balkaran I need crucibles and I live in Pakistan How can you send me These.
Sir could you please tell me where is this place ,we want to visit ,we are also running a small company ,producing waste burning machine
What materials are used
I’ve watched many of these Indian manufacturing videos, from crucibles to castings and everything in between. What I’ve noticed is that nobody has yet to make a table 😂 they ALL work on the ground. Everybody, at every factory. No work benches, no chairs, not even a block to sit on!
No money for tables and chair when you can barely feed yourself.
You didn't see the guy sitting on top of the crucibles?
....Some at least have shelves but here it's a good idea to not rely on shelves when dealing with fragile product but still they could trip over them but they don't.
Its not these people cannot afford benches. Why dont you sit on a chair n table to see how easy/difficult it is to mould crucibles for days on end?:) Sitting cross legged on the floor doesnt put any stress on your spine. Specially when you have to work 8-10 hours daily. Its the most easy and natural position to sit in. Its like sitting in a yoga pose all day long. Lol
Not just India. Many Asian videos have no work bench whatsoever. Looks uncomfortable. I have no clue why, but it's bugging me too.
Does anyone know what the function of the pink nail is? the guy in the yellow shirt is wearing it

Alguien sabe la reseta de los crisoles ?
I made an experimental crucible out of Pyruma fire Cement. Moulded it as a slightly sloppy wet mix with water, by hand. I allowed it to thoroughly dry out over a long period of time...... over a month in fact, before trying it out (I actually forgot about it). So far, I've melted lead and zinc in it with no signs of any failure - no cracks. Next time, it's going to be some aluminium.
Well, how did the aluminium do? Did the crucible survived the test?
@@jimmatrix7244 I haven't tried it yet. Propane gas has been hard to get hold of around here until very recently..... The only place was a camping ground, which has been closed !
@@and7barton Thank you very much for your reply.
@@jimmatrix7244 My pleasure. I forgot to mention. I actually ordered a large bottle of propane on Calor's official website, some three or four months ago. Despite the website telling me deliveries take a fortnight. I've never heard a thing since .... absolutely nothing.
@@jimmatrix7244 Strangely, not yet. No invitation to pay appeared on the website. I've visited the website a number of times since, and my order is still sitting there.

Best played at 0.75 speed. Listening to the voices, that's about as near as I'd judge to the correct speed.

Now the question is how to do it on a small scale... it seems more than just possible... now just to find the right graphite/clay mixture
Why not make your own graphite while you're at it? Reduce Fe2C3 with Cl2 at 600 degrees and you get FeCl and Graphite.
@@bilbo_gamers6417don't listen this uneducated guy. Cl2 extremely toxic. Fe2C3 extremely explosive

There's another such video, but the factory is in Germany or Austria with plenty of machinery. Bet the product costs a lot more though.
Hi Ranjit Shedge. Thanks for the Reply! But how do you make up the paste for your Crucibles? I was looking for one that will hold about 1 ltr of Smelted Aluminum. Any info helps. I Can not seem to get the Graphite here in Scotland. Thanks Fella'

@@shyleshkhaparde5181 Hi Thanks for the reply really appreciated, so my smelting project is on hold. meantim still looking to get crucibles here in scotland. and I just like the way you guys work, Amazing to watch. Bye for Now.
@@tomayrscotland6890 I think I got my crucible through ebay. You might try banggood too. One cannot even find fire bricks or refractory cement, casting sands here let alone crucibles. If we did, the pricing would be absurd too. I hope you get your crucible soon - in the meantime, it seems that and old fire extinguisher cut open will do just what you need as a temporary stand in. All the best -

That shit awesome to watch tho
Anyone know what type of clay that is?
I’m assuming some grafite is involved.
Yeah, I was kinda disappointed there were no explanations with the video
What a lovely sloppy, filthy material to play around with !
It's red earth clay same as for brick construction then graphite powder is added. Red clay water and graphite powder that's all
Hello ,Where do you use crucials? And what iş the main raw metarial ?
Melting metals. Copper, led, aluminum. Usually used in a smelting furnace or small gas foundry. Check out Big Stack D's channel.
Would you like some crucibles with your hay?
At what point do you say I think we have enough ? Then I saw how they were handled now I know why they break so easily
Look like a prity good quality since they could handle them like that 😂
