When they started ringing I knew it was going to be quality ringing, no bashing around.
Lovely to hear bells rung nicely

Wonderful striking as well
It’s is one of the nicest bells I’ve heard
These bells are just truly amazing. Very good striking. I’d love to ring here
It was nice Ringing here on Saturday. I like these bells. They have a nice sound and note and hum.
Fantastic video!! So good to see all 12 from the belfry.
Wow the striking is sooo good
Very nice! Rang here on Saturday. They are a phenomenal twelve!
After ringing here you told us you were disappointed...
Really lol
@@Ringer_Fran Well, I’ve changed my mind.
Finally! all twelve in belfry!
Esas campanas son para llamar ha todos los dragones reales lnperiales
These bells sound almost identical to York Minster's, only 9cwt lighter.... cast by the best founder, John Taylor's of Loughborough..
The state is very sure on that tenner
The redcliffe city
amazing vid mate yesterday i had to step in at urswick and recover the third and get it back up when it dropped on my dad but he hasn't rung for ages
York minster be like
Cast by the same foundry...9cwt lighter...
last time i saw them they were all white !!
I’m quite disappointed to Sherborne abbey and Southwark cathedral’s tenor because st Mary redcliffe, Literally just in B is 50cwt! While theirs is 46cwt and 48cwt
What I basically mean is Southwark cathedral and Sherborne abbey have tenors in Bb. And I’m quite disappointed to see that St Mary redcliffe surpassed them
You’ve chose the worst two examples. Southwark and Sherborne, their tenor’s are too small and light for Bb. Bb should be upwards of 3 tons. Which is why Southwark and Sherborne tenor’s sound awful. They’re too thin, which gives them a shimmery dustbin sound. Redcliffe is maybe marginally heavy for B, but at least it’s the correct thickness and sounds absolutely glorious
Also, it’s what the peal of bells are tuned to. Redcliffe are tuned to B Major, and the other examples you’ve given are in Bb Major
Yeah I know. Pretty crazy right?
I mean the first thing you said
But good thing about that last one :)
