Completely agree with Jonathan. You really have to find what works best for you. That takes time to figure out, and it will also change over time.

I suggest adding more info in the description to improve search and interest-a little background on the climber and what you might learn watching. "Jonathan Siegrist is a renowned professional climber known for his exceptional strength, unwavering technique, relentless determination, and fearless pursuit of vertical challenges; he shares his training tips..."

Those are generalities that can be said about any climber, though… I’ll add : Jonathan Siegrist is a suuuuper nice guy with patience and dedication to help other climbers. His climbing style is some combination of patience meets lynx on highly varied terrain. His experiential training style should give all climbers hope and inspiration that you don’t need to slog through hours on the hangboard to get somewhere great- trying hard will suffice.

    2 on 1 off or 1 on 1 off
A question I've been looking for an answer to...
    so many tradeoffs to each

That was very light, not much to learn/go on

      1: Train for specific terrain
2: There is no one path to training
3: Go as you feel, not according to schedule.
4: Try everything so you can pare it down to a few things
Usual advice for amateur gumbies; If you're trying to be a pro, do everything in the opposite fashion:
      1: Train for specific goals
      2: OBEY YOUR COACH
      3: OBEY YOUR COACH
      4: you guessed it....
