They are speaking 3 different languages at the same time. Most of what they are saying is in the Malawi language, but they are also including French and English words and phrases. Also, this isn't really Karate (Okinawan/Japanese martial arts), it is closer to Jeet Kun Do or Kung Fu (Chinese martial arts.) I love their amazing agility and physical talents!
