- Mint got to sit in on a cooking demo by chef Gaggan Anand, a celebrity chef based out of Bangkok, Thailand. He uses molecular gastronomy and applies it to Indian food. Gaggan showed us how to make a simple and fluffy dokhla using basic ingredients and a whipped cream dispenser.

@@harlin1621 you been there?? It’s just ok harlin..it was too gimmicky..and some dishes were so pretty to look at but not so tasty ..there’s some nice restaurants around Bangkok little cheaper than and doing great food ..
