You guys read my mind! Lately, my gym has become super packed and I've resorted to home workouts and using bands, straps, and bodyweight exercises at home with limited space. I had been on the verge of buying a system to hang off my pullup bar in my door frame. No joke, I came here to find this exact series, and you guys are releasing it as I need it. I truly hope to see this 5 part series cover the basics and more!

Great idea for a series - never done TRX before and have been very curious. All demos were impressive but Justin's was out of this world !
The move adam did with trx band is legit, seriously my favorite prime movement with the resistance band. Very cool gonna try it out with trx

I really ljke the idea of using TRX to wake up muscles as you have mentioned, that's a great idea! I have very tight rotator cuffs that pop in shoulder exercises no matter how much I stretch them before. I already do TRX but never as a warm up. Can't wait to try it and see if it helps!
