I don't know why I like this channel so much. Top notch narrator work for sure.
I think people like to see other people make a fool of themselves, so they can feel better about their own lives. That's the case for me at least. That's also why people love the first rounds of reality talent shows on TV, where the whole point is to show the least talented and most idiotic contestants so we can all laugh at them.
@@SeanChYT I live drunk boaters fighting. In perosn is so much better too. When I’m older I’m just gonna go down to the ramp on a Saturday afternoon in summer and watch drunk people lash it iut
That red pontoon crew had me LMAO. 😁
@@forrest2426 "Captain, I think we're stuck!" "Not completely, give me a sec...."
Man, if I was a kid again and lived near a ramp like this, I'd be on those docks catching lines for tips all day.
Boat ramps are the best entertainment! Lol!
Now I'm stuck wondering how long it took to get the pontoon boat out of the water!
im wondering how long it took to get the trailer in the water....
Just drop by the ramp and see for yourself. They're still working at it.
Gotta admit that the "swimmer tow" for the red pontoon was doing a better job of getting the boat into the dock than some of those captains with fully functional motors - up to the point where his companion "helped" by pushing the boat off the dock and floating it out into the middle of the ramp.
Bet that swimmer could make some decent money towing some of those other captains in, especially after they'd tried and failed for the 3rd or 4th time! *GRIN*
Love MBR,Wavy Boats and Broncos Guru, Great way to start my morning. Thanks Guys
What a lovely day on the red pontoon. Definitely an experience to repeat.
I have had plenty of challenges at the ramps. Mainly due to other people not knowing what they are doing. Loading or unloading my trailer has never been a problem.
Sun Tracker Pontoons: Official boat of, 'I went to Bass Pro Shops as a first time buyer and ended up financing this'.
That dually ford with that triple axle trailer was dropping in super fast..lol
That red pontoon scene... LOLOL!!!!!
The more i see these videos of the CHAOS the more I appreciate Stake Lake in Ocoee Florida. Fresh water, Quiet boats ramps and normally glassy & empty lake to wake board on!! Plus my crew can load the wakeboard boat on the trailer in about 30 seconds. These people are jokes that should not own a boat!!
Smacks head emoji. That red pontoon boat. Wow, just wow.
An idea for some of the longer portions that you have to cut. Are you able to speed it up to show it all on the video? I think 8 minutes of the red pontoon trying to launch at 10x speed would be hysterical.
One impeller plus housing yay
I've seen many Miami boat ramp videos to know there are crocs in those waters. Yet, people seemed un-phased and willing to jump in for a swim.
Yeah if this was the Black Point boat ramp this would have ended up being a 10 billion view video and red pontoon guy would have had a bad day.
The crocodiles may be well fed so it's still a hazard but they may not need to do a lot of hunting for food.
There are no crocs in Boynton Beach. While the occasional croc may drift up North from time to time (and usually ends up on the news), they are pretty much South of Miami.
Went from blocking the boat ramp straight to the sandbar lol
The pontoon-boat crew will never go near the water, bathe or shower again. They will also sell all their navy blue and marine-colored clothes and repaint anything in their house that resembles water.
Trucks w trailers have priority. Boaters returning need to use the dock to the left and go get the truck. Once the truck is on the ramp then the boat can be moved to dock/trailer.
thank you for explaining that. i was always curious about that situation. so basically, a boat coming in only will have priority when their truck/trailer is there?
@@itr0863 Yup. There is a set of dock slips to the left of the camera. Boats returning need to go there first. Then back trailer into ramp then load boat. You can go straight to the ramp if the ramps are empty.
I don't understand some of these people when they run their boats aground. They keep going ahead on the motor instead of trying to back off the way they ran around! It's like they think they can just power over the shallow spots! Definitely NBI's!
Favorite episode yet. Pontoon crew is the type of people that kept me employed for over 30 years. Unfortunately the only way to gain experience as a mariner is to go out even though you have no experience.
I love this channel. After watching these videos I feel better about my backing down the boat ramp
So. Y father in law bought a 21’ pontoon. He was 81. The ex and I had to tow it, launch it, drive it, recover it, and park it. The only difficult part was learning how to put it back on the trailer as it’s not like anything else.
It took about 6 times to get decent and a dozen to have it nailed.
Then it was me and the father in law, twice a week, gone fishing. Where I would tow it, prep for launch, back down a ramp 8-15 times longer than this one, get him on board, then drive 30 minutes, in the dark, across the lake and up the river to our spot…..then he’d climb out from under the blankets and we’d rig up for the moment it was legal to drop lines.
The hardest part of the day, including solo recovery onto the trailer, was keeping any eye on him.
It looks to me like at least 25% of the people on these ramps have no business there, another 10%-15% are damn good, another 10% are pro good, and the rest are average. It’s that no business cohort that causes issues for everyone else.
Great video Broncos... thanks man.. love your videos..
One of the best. 👍
That pontoon dude... Better tilt the engine up in order to avoid damage to the lower case. Oh...!
A tip for learning how to back a trailer, at least it's how I taught a friend when we were in our 20s. I had him on my riding mower with a trailer and he couldn't back up to save his life through explanation or practice, so I unhooked the trailer and walked behind him as if I were the trailer and told him to follow me. He wasn't an instant pro, but it finally clicked that he just needed to follow it. Everybody is different, but it worked for him.
@@wjatube - It was just a small John Deere with a 4ft deck. I could easily outrun (probably just walk fast for reverse) it if I needed too.
Love the channel!
Man I wanted to see them try and get that red pontoon back on the trailer!
In my state (Western Australia) the lanes are marked and changed as the day progresses.. IE: in the mornings the 6 docks will be assigned as 4 launch and 2 retrieve, then change in the afternoons to 2 Launch and 4 retrieve and peak times if it's really busy it will be 5 to 1. It saves Ramp Rage and arguements over who got to the ramp first. Maybe it's something to think of...
Great Voice Over.
😂😂😂 Bless their hearts.
You missed him trying to trailer it and then tow it. Considering the Jeep Wrangler is only rated to tow 3,500 lbs I bet that was some good footage too!
What is hard about pulling up , getting it straight and then back down, easy peasy!🤣 Turn the wheel the opposite way you want to go, simple.
I’m just wondering how the red pontoon guy backed the trailer back in to retrieve the vessel?
Can’t believe they left us hanging, I’d payed money to seen them get that pontoon on the trailer, lol.
The really sad part is that these people vote.
If you know them just tell them voting day is changed. It is next week 😉
You've sounded all conjested lately. Glad you sound like you're feeling better
Family Guy episode "MOVING??? Heyyy heres some keys to a giant truck, no experience??? No Problem!!!"
lmao when it changed to the scene of the jet ski pulling the red pontoon I died lollllllll those poor people just trying to enjoy a day on the water x)
Nice job guys - long time viewer of your videos on each of your channels and this may be the best one yet
so glad i got a spot in a marina
The guy swim-towing the red pontoon: "𝑺𝒖𝒓𝒑𝒓𝒊𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒍𝒚, 𝒎𝒚 𝒎𝒂𝒏 𝒊𝒔 𝒔𝒘𝒊𝒎𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒕𝒕𝒚 𝒈𝒐𝒐𝒅 𝒘/𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒐𝒏𝒆" LOL, been there, done that. It's not fun, but it gets you back to the dock.
Your channel shows why our insurance rates are too high.
im early and starting the day off with another great video
Wow that pontoon 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I had power failure about a mile from the ramp once and I grabbed the line and swam the boat back. It took about a hour and a half to do a mile swim that on my own would of been no time. My boat wasn't too big but not too small either. It can be done. Will I ever do it again? No. It really sucked and I was tanked. It ruined a great day on the water. My new boat has a auxiliary motor.
That boat is not rest my life getting in that water where the alligators live
They need to make half the docks for launching boats and half for pulling out.
Unbelievable.....this is like a comic strip.
Why is this so damn intriguing?
Wow, they had a ruff day.
That intro though!
Pretty sure that's the same pontoon boat that was stuck on beer can 2 weeks ago. First they were stuck in the sand then later the boat wouldn't start and a jetski towed them. It was all ladies.
Hey USA - Here's an idea. Have the right side ramps signed as launch only, then, have the left side ramps signed as retrieve only... then, wait for it..... then have the middle ramps signed as Launch/Retrieve. Problem solved and you're welcome.... I suppose you don't like being told what to do though, especially by Australians - even if it makes your life easy so not expecting anything will change.
Just amazing how oblivious people are to what sand grit does to a water pickup pump.
The pontoon boat captain thought if he ran the prop in the air he could act like an everglades air boat.
Out of all the M.B.R. episodes, this was the most cringeworthy. Yet I still enjoyed it.
You need to mic up the dock pillars so we can cut in to listen when needed
At least the guy swimming the pontoon boat back to the dock isn’t at Black Point with the Crocodile 🐊
Has no one in Florida discovered spring lines? Everyone ends up sideways
Getting the pontoon boat ON THE TRAILER could probably be a whole 'nuther video... 😱😳😖
Blows my mind how many times these boaters approach the dock without lines ready…it’s not like the dock snuck up on them..” oh hell, we’re docking now what? “🤦🏻♂️
I'm sure they fried the impeller and water pump. .Later on, the warning buzzer when off when it overheated.
Red pontoon: To bad Fred is at that other marina/dock…
Man, that pontoon was cursed.
It hurts my brain to see how stupid people really can be, although it provides some great entertainment!
I was and am really good at backing a trailer I picture my self standing in front of the trailer and pushing it I don't have a boat anymore but I should start a little boat launch service like a car parker but launcher reload er i'd make a fortune.
If stupid had a trophy today the red pontoon would win it hands down. Wonder if they even offered gratuity to the jet ski. These people are scary! Thanks for the great Entertainmen.
Remind me to never launch in Florida!
You would think since so many people hit the sand bar it would smooth out so people wouldn’t get stuck on it. Lol
Bye bye water pump.
Wait...that is the pontoon I saw stuck at beer can. Finally made it further into the video lol.
Broncos, you last comment on the pontoon boat is the can get out of here, but if the same guy is backing the trailer down the ramp it may be a while.
Yo bro there’s only two lanes to put them both in not three just a correct in there my friend good job
Isn't there Boat US or Seatow coverage available in that area? That's a must have when owning a boat.
Great video as always but why is Old Glory at half mast?
To bad there is a loading dock for beginners or people that have been red flagged.
That pontoon boats motor is fried and done. It doesn't take but thirty seconds to ruin a motor. Hopefully it's just an impeller, but I'm doubting it.
OK, that green "3" sign at about 1:53. What do those numbers mean?
I once heard that if you dry run your boat you have less then 10 minutes till it dies due to friction. or that could be 5, 2 minute starts too. Thats sad watching a motor die like that
Watching this makes me want to scream out "we are trying to live in a society!"
It truly amazes me how many people don't know about aid to navigation, what they mean, how to drive a boat. Like just CZcams some videos. Honestly. I get it. Boating is fun but also dangerous.
It's funny seeing everyone do the completely wrong thing when they hit the sandbar, but at this point, the local authorities need to remove those rocks at the dock and install warning buoys over the sandbar.
👍👍😎⚓
Feel bad for them lol
Can you please tell me where Boynton ramps are
expensive day for that pontoon.
I dont understand why people power forward over a sandbar..put her back in reverse into the deeper water haha
Taken by surprise, inexperience. "How long has that been there? It wasn't there last time." Oh, everyday at low tide for about the last 15 years.
Don’t mind those channel markers. They’re pointless.
Said no captain ever.
That pontoons poor water pump
I take my boat out maybe three times a year only, because of people like this
Who won the ramp???
Motor looks to a little small for the pontoon-boat.
why did you cut it there
2:16 Stupid is, is what a stupid does
Couldn’t add insult to injury by showing the red pontoon boat crew trying to load their vessel back on the trailer
Watching this channel makes me want to sell my boat so I don’t have the same hobby as these schmoes
Cliffhanger!
I wanted to see the pontoon crew load the vessel onto the trailer. It's almost like going to the movies and leaving 10 minutes before the end.
Especially with a wrangler, top of the towing capacity there
