She did so well in this and so well in advocating for herself and her money. The best part is that she is young and learned this so early in her career and in her life, that's admirable. LOL Patricia playing devil's advocate for the benefit of us

❤❤❤ Creatives need to know they are not been paid for their time but for results 👊🏽😊 (This is not a 9-5) You are being paid to produce/create results, so set your price and know your value and worth 😊 The value is in the work you create. ❤️
Here watching from Rwanda. Love you both! Welcome to Rwanda. X
Love this!! Thanks, Pat!! You are a great interviewer
Such a fantastic woman! Super smart!
As a black person, I’ll always recommend university degree at least undergraduate. That’s literally the minimum , I’ve not seen any job that’s requiring for masters or phd, what they ask for is professional qualification which you can’t sometimes get if you don’t have an undergraduate. Again this is for professional industry and the likes.
I'm really really loving the come back of the break with this podcast! It's so inspiring
Loved this interview especially the part where Sayo was saying to state your worth and not waiver from it.

Maya Angelo, and Amanda Gorman are only 2 black Americans who are great poets
There are many great black women poets. (Past and Present) Add Gwendolyn Brooks, Nikki Giovanni, Staceyann Chin, Jamilla Woods, Alice Walker and Aja Monet. Just a few of the many to add to the list of great black women who are poets.
Plugging myself ha ha 😂 I'm a great poet
