    When I try to do dead bugs, I can't keep coordination. Both my legs and arms begin moving. How do I correct this?

    Hello, what do you mean "maintain a neutral spine"

    • @SilverfoxFitness
      @SilverfoxFitness Před rokem

      A neutral spine means... push your chin back into your neck and look straight ahead / shoulders down and slightly back / hips forward a little (this will raise your upper chest) / shoulders above hips above knees above ankles ... breathing deeply will work better if your spine is in neutral ... inhale thru' nose and exhale thru' mouth 2x as long as the breathing in part.

    What would mean to keep your belly button to your back?

      I would assume to keep your back flat on the ground, and to contract your abdomen muscles.

      What I do is take a breath in and then out pushing my tummy in while exhaling. The point is not to have a space between the floor and your back.

    Will this heal my4 bulging discs in lumbar spine please answer

    • @norasharp2272
      @norasharp2272 Před 4 lety

      It's a combo of stuff that will. Do small ROM. I have a bulging disk....I have to do a lot of back exercises and core. I do legs 2-3 a wk. I use a rumble roller to pop my disks back in place, but I got rid of my inflammation before I use the spikes. Try regular soft roller as you heal and get stronger then you can work up to stiff and harder rollers. You gotta lift regularly. Of course start light or bands.
