No it is kourtneys fault too, because she's bringing this guy around the family. My sister in law started dating a phsycopath, and he did crazy things to the family. Her brother ended up committing suicide, her mother isn't even talking to her anymore. You've got to remember, who you bring into your life affects your entire family. So you need to be super selectful about who you choose to be the father of your children.

From what I understand according to California law (and depending on the officer), since she already had admitted to having 4 drinks, they didn’t need to test her blood alcohol level, but they needed to test if she was “too impaired” to drive
