This Finals is one of the most underrated of all time, between the storylines, the injuries, the history, and the Raptors finally getting over the hill and ending the dynasty of the NBA at the time. I'm a Knicks fan and this finals is easily one of my favorites if not my favorite.
It was a legendary playoff run.

I’ll never forget Jurassic park. Toronto was going crazy this whole playoff run.. Canada was going crazy. Will never forget this run!! I grew up playing and loving hockey but after this season I’ve been a basketball fan.. even with the raptors sucking this year. This raptors team turned so many Canadians to basketball. It’s a big win for the country , watch in 10 years how many more Canadian prospects there will be!!

@@wavyiann9788 It depends on kds role, I believe raps would have either forced kd to do iso midrange, which would make it easier for raps to play off ball defense, or raps would have ran the triangle and 2, which they did against them the same season with curry, klay, and kd there and they won by 20, prior to kd dropping 30, I wouldn't be surprised at all if raps beat warriors fully healthy, if rockets figured them out in 2018, and spurs with kawhi in 2017 figured them out, I am sure raps would do so too.

For those obsessing about GSW injuries:
- Klay was available for about 90 percent of the series.
- KD missed all of it except for one quarter or so, but that just means GSW has to play with 7 superstars instead of 8. Without KD they are still supposed to win.
- Raps also had Kawhi playing on one leg and Lowry with a broken thumb plus no OG Anunoby.
Raps get full credit for title. Period.

1. Klay missed the second half of game 2 and the whole of game 3 and the 4th quarter of game 6, that’s way more than 90%.
2. KD missed the whole series except for one quarter and he’s is the greatest Basketball player in the world prior to his Achilles year. If he played the rest of series GSW would have won.
3. GSW has 3 all stars with Steph, Klay and KD. Draymond and Cousins are not all stars anymore and not at all what they used to be.
4. The refs helped the Raptors in 2nd round, the ECF and in the Finals.
Raptors get no credit in books for having help the whole way through.
Judah Dakid 2015 has a asterisk next to it as well. The difference was Raptors had help from refs in rounds 2 and 3. And losing Klay (who was their 2nd option after KD went down) in the 3rd quarter of game 6 took away all their momentum. Your the one who doesn’t follow basketball. Raptors shouldn’t have been in the finals, should have been Philly or Milwaukee, but the refs allowed Kawhi to travel on his game deciding shot AND in games 3 and 5 of the ECF the officiating was horrible. In the ECF Milwaukee had a negative record with the refs in game 5 while Toronto’s record was 22-1 with refs in game 5. Toronto shot 31 FTs to Milwaukee’s 18 despite Milwaukee averaging more FTs per game throughout the season and shooting 12
more shots in the paint.

Milwaukee lost game in 2OT after Giannis fouled out on extremely questionable blocking foul that almost everyone was saying was a charge. In game 5 Raptors had 22-1 record with the refs. And 31fts despite being -12 in shots attempted in the paint. Your the casual to think that adds up. And Kawhi traveled on his game winner in game 7 vs Philly. Andre Igoudala got injured in game 1 and was never 100% and is aging. And Draymond is not a second option offensively and if you think that your crazy. Warriors played Andrew fucking Bogut in the NBA finals despite him not even being in the league a few months ago. Toronto probably shouldn’t have got out the second round and was clearly helped by the refs to beat Milwaukee and beat GSW by them being so injured they have to play guys who have fallen out of the league.
