How I calculate stitches for a Sweater Vest | Sentro Knitting Tutorial

Here is the tutorial for how I measured and plan for all my knits I made on the Sentro knitting machine. I got some questions about how to adjust the stitch and row counts for one of my previous videos so in this video I show how I did that while making this sweater vest!
Please note, there is no hand-knitting involved in this tutorial but there is some crochet done to create the trim.
