Auntie Mame is one of my all time favorite movies! A classic from 1958 with a great performance by Rosalind Russell as the wealthy, eccentric New York socialite Mame Dennis. The logline from imdb.com: An orphan goes to live with his free-spirited aunt. Conflict ensues when the executor of his father's estate objects to the aunt's lifestyle.

I saw this movie for the second time at the American Film Institute when I was in college. I was laughing so hard at the scene before this and the hunt scenes that I was sliding out of my seat.

Mame really loved Beau, otherwise she wouldn't have gotten on the horse. I'm sure they used a stunt double for that scene, especially when she falls. Love this movie and never tire of it.
