Oh gosh..I love the sound of your voice...your ability to explain each step is amazing ...never mind the
word slip..it just show you have
a wide range of meal preparation.
I love to cook and really appreciate
a cooking man as well.. Be blessed for the new year ...looking forward to more videos by you!

I absolutely loved watching this video. I watched it three times. Bannah what kind of cup you using? Looks like a cup and a half of vinegar and 3 cups of water. All jokes aside, wonderful video and thanks for sharing. I made it and it was phenomenal. Now I don't have to wait until i go to Brooklyn, or Guyana to enjoy this comforting treat.

Quick way to cool the pressure down is to pick up the pot and place it under running cool water for less than a minute. Open slowly.

Great job Chris, I never had it like that I'll have to try it your way one day bro.
We usually cook the cows feet with all the ingredients except the corn, and add cucumber at the end.

It would have added too much fat the the liquor I was preparing. If it were a soup I would have used it all.

Thank you for your comment Nightcool. What I made was not a soup , its is a Guyanese appetizer called "Souse" Its served at parties before you eat or the guys love it to accompany their liquor when drinking.
I love Jamaican Goat Water , I have friends who make it very good. I hope you get a chance to try some souse.
      Thanks again.
