I cut with laser ink all the time. Every now and then it will not scan, but if I turn off the machine and reset everything, it usually fixes it.

I need to clarify what Lauren said about the Mac Mini. It's not a Mac/Windows hybrid. It is a Mac computer it just doesn't come with a built in monitor like some other macs. You can partition that hard drive and put windows on it (but you can do that with a variety of devices) and it is a bit technical to do so.

I used htv ront sticker paper with laminate on and applied to a skinny coated tumblers and it keeps coming up in corners.

You can increase the number of pixels by starting with a large image and saving it smaller. The pixels get compressed.

Why not just use sticker paper and laminate it.

Some printers just will not accept sticker paper no matter what due to its thickness. The printable vinyl is thinner and will go through the printer.

If you use regular sticker paper and laminate it, the chances are it will still absorb moisture or rain water wheras vinyl is more water resistant and has better adhesion too.
