The miraculous story of the once and future heavyweight champion of the world. Fueled by an impoverished childhood, Foreman channels his anger into becoming the World Heavyweight Champion, followed by a near-death experience that takes him from the ring to the pulpit. But when he sees his community struggle, he reclaims his title, becoming the oldest and most improbable heavyweight champion ever. - Krátké a kreslené filmy
"They told me you was bad George. Let me see it." Lol Ali was a superb shit talker.
He had all the right tools to win fights
Yea. He was smart. When said my turn in round 8 I was like that’s definitely something Ali would say in a fight.
Imagine the state of Ali’s ribs the following week? There will Never be another like the greatest
💯⭐💯
George Foreman was better than Ali.
@@MichaelJoseph_Jackson are you speaking on behalf of the down syndrome community?
@@MichaelJoseph_Jackson When Foreman came back to the ring you can tell he learned I put him above Clay.
Rocky Marciano 49 - 0 - 0
People seem to forget that Ali took a severe beating to win that fight. He was in the hospital for a while.
Foreman’s psyche took an worse beating.
@@thelevisullivan True, but I made the comment bc the video stongly implied that Ali wasn't getting hurt.
@@bthorn5035 Ali is the greatest nuf said
That rope a dope was no joke.
@@bthorn5035From foreman's perspective that's exactly how it felt
Ali was definitely leaning on the ropes in the real fight but he was winning with points n was fighting back with some clean shots this just shows him getting hit until the last minute
Yep. The movie Ali even depicted it this way. In the real fight Foreman had facial swelling and was behind on points, at best even. Ali was in control of that fight at that point.
Cassius Clay was a good boxer, but an American traitor.
@@IsraelNowIsraelForeverHow?
He converted to a religion that calls for the extermination of Christians and Jews, and as a consequence dodged the draft when his country called on him to fight the terrorists in Vietnam.
@@IsraelNowIsraelForever There is no boxer called cassius clay
Foreman was leading six rounds to one but expended a whole lot of energy leading to the most devastating loss of his career.
Ali was leading on all 3 scorecards going into the final round. You can look it up.
@@randyrutherford1186 I looked it up. Thanks for the confirmation.
🐆🥊🐆
He was not leading. The movies dramatize that Ali was down.
its like the rocky 3 fight where clubber gassed out before he could knock rocky down, probably took inspiration from the real life fight
Respect for Rumble in the Jungle a fight that is for the ages.
This movie got Ali right. The boxing choreography is better than every Rocky movie. The deep fake they did with Foreman vs Holyfield is awesome too. This movie should have higher than 43% on rotten tomatoes.
The movie made Ali look arrogant selfish, and just a overall dick, which is the goat was not he was very humble
@@400spucestrt From George Foreman's perspective, Ali was the antagonist. So that portrayal is right for this movie.
@@400spucestrti mean thats what trash talk is you're not going to be humble to the guy thats bout to punch your face in
@@400spucestrt ali was a great man, but if there's one crucial thing about him is that he's REALLY good at trashtalks. He would often taunt his enemies during the fight, it's an integral part of his character
@@400spucestrtthis was Ali’s true character he never means harm to anyone else but he is for the people and a performer.
Ali never said what’s my name to George that was to Ernie Terrell who kept calling him by Clay years after he had changed his name.
Yes I wonder why people aren't noticing that
Rumble In The Jungle, the best fight of the century.
One of the Best Fights of All Time
Frazier v. Ali 1?
The War is the better fight imo
Thrilla 'N Manilla was also great.
5:12 took me out! 😂
I think if George won this fight he might have been considered the GOAT
I think Ali's power is underrated. He's the only person to KO Liston and Foreman. I may have missed some other names.
He ko Ron lyle
Can't believe what I just read 🤦
George had more power
My turn!!! Had me laughing 😅
I just saw it on Netflix. I thought that part was ice cold.
He sounded like a school bully after he levelled up lol
As much as this is entertaining, it isn't an accurate representation of the fight. Ali nailed Foreman right off the bat after the initial bell to show him he wasn't intimidated, and landed some damaging shots every round, despite letting Foreman hit him while he was on the ropes. He nearly had Foreman down in round 5. Still entertaining, but not terribly accurate.
Real fight was more than 30 minutes long. And this was 6 minutes long. They had to skip a lot of details.
My dad was actually there when they had that fight in Zaïre (Congo). It was at his hometown Kinshasa 🇨🇩🥰 He was only a teenager at the time.
Wow! How did he describe it?
That's awesome
@@mmcneil777the crowd was full 😅
My Grandpa who is from Mongolia was also there. He was installing 5G in that dump of Africa and he told me he knew Foreman would win the title again
@@Ant_Mo4 ❤️
The way ali came out of that corner 😠 1:25
Ali was strategic
Ali aint stupid, u knew he was gonna have to be able to take a ass whooping to win that fight. Cracked ribs, pissing blood for 3 days, all came wit it. Thats life in general, when u fight someone that big and strong, the best chance u got is lettin them tire theyself out and then taking advantage. Respect to both ✊
What?
The fuck are you talking about
Let’s face it, we were all rooting for Ali during this fight.
Yes, but you still felt for Foreman if you knew the stuff that happened in Foreman's corner irl: Archie was aware of what Ali was doing, but didnt say anything because he didnt want to insult his inexperienced cornerman's competance.
you must dont know that a lot of people also HATED ALI, LOL
@@entertainingsportshighligh7525 Ali was damn near revered as Superman in the community back then. You had people in the community that despised Ali (some that didn't like how he dodged draft and some from being Frazier fans), but for every 1 hater there was like 7 that liked the guy. Outside of the community, it was a different story.
Ali is literally the Underdogs atm,but the crowd love him
@@TheMassiveGamerI love how Ali dodged draft. Everyone should follow his example
Those two major fights against George foreman and Sony Liston that made Ali really the greatest of them all. RIP champ.
I laughed when he said: "That's all you got George? Cmon"
fr bro sounds like that gay booty warrior from prison
My Turn!
What amaze me is how these actors throw punches ..jabs , hooks ... The same like Ali and foreman in real life !!!!😮
He didn't say "that all you got, George?". He said "that all you got, sucker?"! Retell the history as it is, please!
A real-life moment that the movies seem to fall short of portraying the awesomeness of round 8. It was jaw-dropping.
My turn is what got me 😂
I told you, even i know before
"I am the Greatest"
-no need to write who said this, because everyone knows for whom the "Greatest" word use
I had an uncle that sparred with Forman. He was connected with the infamous "CUT" that Foreman received to postpone the fight. R.I.P Big Bill McMurray.
The fact that Foreman swung at Ali for 8 rounds in 30 Celsius, 90% humidity african weather, he was in insane shape.
Foreman did beat with Ali good just like Frazier did to Ali the last fight yet both were physically tired like Ali yet and mentally tired which is why Ali won those fight where he just got hit hard yet had just enough to finish them off.
Strategy
Ali did finish Foreman, but never finished Frazier
Cmon George they told me you can Hit hard (gets hit) There you Go Lmaoo 😂😂Alis a Legend
He did the rope a dope and i was the dope
Ali was obviously trying to tire George out the whole fight. George forgot about that.
Apparently his head corner man forgot too.
Will Smith should have reprised his as Ali.
Ali was taking the fight as he want and he was landing some gabs during the fight but he want to let foreman shooting his best shot untill this final round ans he get exausted so he can knock him out what a brilliant strategy
“Stay all up in your grill like my name is George Foreman.” Michael Jordan
“My turn” that Ali was something else
Great movie
lendas imortalizadas!
🤔🥊 THAT'S ALL YOU GOT?
They didn't portray this fight very well in this movie.
Lack of time
The fight that cemented Ali's legacy, but also made George as a person
Thank god the original full match is available here on YT in HQ. What a fight.
This reenactment makes it seems like Ali wasn't out boxing him the whole flight. He was winning most of the rounds on points and getting hard shots to the face the whole fight. He didn't just sit on the ropes four seven rounds. Watch the real fight.
I love the movie!
That Ali actor is a great actor. He acted Ali so well that I seriously HATE Ali!
nice
There's a movie on Muhammad Ali as well
What a movie
Compared to Will Smith's acting, this Ali is far much better..
How could Smith's Ali get an Oscar nomination 2001? 😑😑..
These are George Forman punches. Ali punches. These should feel impactful. You should feel like “holy shit I would never want to receive one of those”… but they feel light.
Damn i gotta watch this movie
Ali is the only one to knock him out
Strategically Ali want to take fight to last rounds because he knew that Foreman lacks the stamina of 15 rounds as he has beaten the other boxers in early rounds
🥊🥊
May God rest his soul brother ALI, may he rest in peace inshallah
RUSH EEM LIKE A TIGER 🐅🐯 ...SHUT EEM UP FA GOOD 😂😂😂😂🥊🥊🥊🥊.. THAT'S ALL YOU GOT..🐆
Mobutu Pic in the Background 🤣
Ali pulled of the Mongoose and snake style fight and ate Foreman at the end.
1:46 sad they didn't include ali telling his corner to "shut up i know what im doing"
Foreman looks like apollo creed
5:12
Looks nothing like Ali, apart from the hair.
Ropes were too loose, one of Foreman's cornermen were rooting for Ali, etc etc.
The Muhammad ali voice over lines are really bad.😂😂
This movie had me engaged the whole time
The one with will Smith is better
@@andreriley9679 this movie is about George Foreman, not about Muhammed Ali. Everything we see here is from George Foreman's perspective.
Not as how it went, but its a great version ...
*IS not well done. And it doesn't catch the intensity of the real one. Additionally, I don't like bad computer effects.*
What an underwhelming scene 😂
Ali invented the "rope a dope", for George foreman's style. He knew he'd exhausted himself. Laying back on the ropes and letting George t off was the plan. Yall must've not known
-That'a all ya got?
Was that George? He looks different from the Big George I knew.. I couldn't even recognize him
C’mon he portrayed George it ain’t him
This has to be the sloppiest reenactment of a fight. These actors cant punch shieet
💯😄
I fucking hate how EVERYONE gets this wrong. Did ANYONE who make these movies watch the actual fight? Ali didn't just lay on the ropes and stayed a punching bag. Beat the ever loving shit out of George. The 1st round here even when he didn't do that. He made George look like a complete dumbass as he danced around and just did whatever he wanted because of how slow George was
Mobi name?
I get somewhat detached when an actor doesn't look like the person they're portraying. This guy could play Earnie Shavers one day, lol.
Decent. However the Will Smith Ali movie was a lot more entertaining as had the emotional tension down to a tee, especially the music.
Ali was the antagonist in this movie
Ali wanted get George head so he can have the advantage
Guy who played ali in George foreman’s movie shitted on will smith playing Ali
We're going back to the ropes George
What is movie Name?
Big george foreman
A
Watch the real fight it wasn't close.
Ali is irresistible, unavoidable and incapable better than that fake movie.
watch Muhammada Ali rumble in the jungle🥊
People must remember Ali was past his prime and he still won. Foreman was supposed to be this killer. Anti Ali people say he held, the ropes were lose, total crap. Ali won through skill. Remember Ali never ducked anyone. Liston, Frazier, Norton, Lyle, Williams and others. Greatest ever
Where is the rematch between them? Why did Ali duck that R.I.P.
watch "when we were kings" foreman just wasn't on his game here.
@@fszronthey was supposed to have a rematch in 1976 but foreman lost to jimmy young
@@fszronI'll give you 4 reasons why and all of them are Foreman's fault why a rematch never happened
1 George Foreman didn't put a rematch clause in the fight contract because he was certain of victory
2 George Foreman took the whole of 1975 off instead of fighting despite Ali wanting to fight him again around the time of Manila meaning the trilogies with Frazier and Norton would've been pushed back a year respectively had Foreman accepted Ali wanted George to fight a tune up in Earnie Shavers, Jerry Quarry or Oscar Bonavena instead of his circus so there's no excuses this time around but Foreman refused to accept Ali's terms and stayed out
3 in 1976 Ali offered Foreman the number two contender at the time a rematch if he would fight number one contender Norton first in a world title eliminator and beat him again Foreman refused despite it being a guaranteed path back to Ali all he had to do was just go through the same Ken Norton he destroyed 2 years earlier
4 When Foreman finally agreed to Ali's terms and conditions and they're camps were in advanced talks for the rematch to happen in Madison Square Garden or in California in 1977 Foreman took a fight he didn't need against Jimmy Young and lost
Why are they showing this load of pish with 2 actors. Typical utube
Interesting fact: Dick Saddler who was Forman's trainer at the time, put cough syrup in his water to make him drowsy. Sounds like Don King bribed him.
Is that all you got, sucka - ali
That's the worst Archie Moore ever 😅
in fact, in the real fight Ali had been holding Foreman's neck and head since the first round, and the referee never gave him a warning. That´s why Foreman got tired.
Stop
That's one of the very few reasons why the mam tired out
But why did George allow this to happen to him? He was stronger than Ali
@@idreeskhan8885 because ali is much physically stronger than y'all thought, muhhamad ali's clinching power is underrated
Yeah holding with that glove and foreman can't escape, bruh that the dumbest excuse
Ali never gave him a rematch
He would have been cooked
4:39
This was the best rumble in the jungle movie scene especially seeing it from Forman's perspective. Ali was really annoying lol the greatest tho. Even tho he took a beating lol
According to the ability of filming in the current era that was bad
whats my name :D really :D
What in the dollar tree dvd is this? 😂😂 The Ali movie was a better dramatization of the fight.
The depiction of Ali is extremely poor. From the accent to the robotic lines. Its done really poorly
wow, lol
😂😂 ali the underdog? No he's not he faster than george and george literally stand there and doesn't move his head im surprised he made it so far without defense
Except at the time of the real fight, everyone actually did consider Ali the underdog
For whatever reason I hate these Ali movies lol. Because it’s not the real Ali.
He did a better job than Will Smith.
