Yeah l heard that too. Neal has a lot of nerves. To make such a statement. Steve should be entitled to receive money for any song or anything that he puts his footprints on. That has to do with music he help make for Ever. No matter who sings a single lyric including him. Boy how can he Ever make such outrageous comments like that? Albums don’t make money anymore because people can get it free on the internet , live shows is how an artist gets paid.
@@davidmerlin3344 - File sharing is way past its prime. It’s difficult to find new recordings online for free now. The main reason artists don’t make money on their recordings these days is due to the streaming services that are the business model of the modern day, which don’t pay artists squat.

I think it’s a phenomenal idea. I’ve been singing over 26 years. Steve can do most of the material and still sound incredible. I’d love to see him do a Vegas residency. Anyway, like many other people, if he does a live show, I’ll definitely make sure I’m there. God knows he’s getting up there and there may not be another opportunity

I've seen Journey in concert 3 times in the 80's, always my favorite band and adore Steve Perry and his iconic, beautiful voice and showmanship. I am sure his voice is not the same and has matured but how totally awesome it would be to hear and see him live. Crossing my finger any future tour comes my way❤❤❤❤

I saw a video of Steve Perry from January of this year he was singing Journey songs and sounded better than ever so I think he will have no problem recording a new album and doing a full tour
Let’s not be delusional. Steve can sing BUT if he goes on tour, the songs will be in a much lower key. He is 75 years old and can’t sing those high notes anymore.
