People are praising Logan Sargeant for an average weekend seeing the pace of the car. They were close to Haas and Aston Martin pace. Logan still not near the pace of Albon. Williams had the 5th fastest car at Silverstone in 2023 and people praised Logan for a lucky 11th place finish... 🙄
@@willf1sv5 Do you not think Aston Martin had the 5th fastest car? Maybe Williams had the joint 5th fastest car. Let’s not forget about Haas either. Hulkenberg was superb this weekend, but the team deserves credit too. Regardless, this performance alone isn’t enough to warrant a seat next year, far from it.
@@laurierastogi3512 That Aston Martin car was actually quite slow last year at Silverstone and data showed they were a bit slower than Williams. I just don't see this good weekend by Sargeant that everyone is seeing. He was average really.

@@willf1sv5 That’s the problem they’re facing. By not signing Sainz, they’ve got drivers who probably won’t cut the mustard at the sharp end of the grid.
@laurierastogi3512 If they don't get Sainz they should put Liam Lawson in tbh. In those 5 races he did replacing Ricciardo he was as good as Tsunoda if not better. Lawson lost the DTM championship in 2021 at the final race as he was taken out. He was teammates with Alex Albon that season. Lawson has more potential than Tsunoda tbh.
