Because Shabbat is the biggest commandment by Hashem to Be'ne Yisrael that override all mitzvot and chagim. B"H when my wife lit the Shabbos candles, the world stopped and still, quiet.

    Excellent important.
A request to the people who prepare the videos, please lower the volume of the background music & sounds. They interfere a lot with listening to the Rav

If the mechalel Shabbes has two deaths(both this world and next) , how can you say that stoning him will bring atonement?

נהנית לשמוע את הרצאותך כי אתה אומר אמת. רצון השם חופף לאמת, ואמת לא תשתנה לעולם. אבל המוזיקה הזו, איך היא משתלבת עם דברי התורה והאמת?

Andrew Aidman Yes I have noticed the same indeed. Mizrachi does the same in his videos. Guess for over dramatization and to capture the audience (mainly youngsters) in this internet and wargames era.

The echo/reverb in this video is counterproductive and very frustrating. It's a "special effect" that works against taking in, absorbing and appreciating the message. It turns the listener off enough to exit the video.

Rabbi Reuven is wrong. How do we know Rabbi Reuven is wrong? What great rabbinical scholar can we refer to to prove that Rabbi Reuven is wrong? Rabbi Reuven's own words prove himself wrong. Rabbi Reuven himself says that any Jew who violates Shabbat is like an idol worshiper. The question then becomes: Which is worse? Someone who is LIKE an idol worshiper or someone who actually IS an idol worshiper. Clearly, idol worship is the biggest sin in Judaism. How do we know this? Prohibition against idol worship is not only the first of the Ten Commandments, but it is also the first of the Nohaide laws that predate the Jewish religion itself. Moreover, the laws of Shabbat are not even included in the Noahide laws which are even more fundamental to all of humanity.

Music way to loud!! Be nice to people with bad hearing too! We can't ignore the small things in life, simple things like not sharing a sidewalk, talking on the phone loud for long time on public transportation and etc, etc, etc. The intricacies of micro sins are never dealt with. Learn the simple sins and the big sins will be overcome. Shabbat is reduced or maybe meaningless if there is no understanding of the micro sin!! As jews why are not our leaders teaching this? Just imagine how wonderful it would be if we all gave extreme respect to other peoples feelings and then the messiach came!! Consider the volume! I forced myself to finish this annoying video. Of course it was my choosing.

In order for the death penalty to achieve atonement for the mechalel shabbat, they have to do teshuva before they are executed
