Deterrence Mission to make the Russian Army think twice about invading Latvia because Canadian Forces are there? I know weed is legal in Canada, but I don’t think Canadian military commanders should be smoking it.

Nato is there not just Canada also can't smoke weed while overseas on deployment even if it is legal in that country or not
