Jim Breuer tells a story about happy fun activities only to get caught doing so. HEAVY METAL! They then talk a little about Tracy Morgan and driving in the city. I think Jim Breuer has an amazing heavy metal voice. Oh, and he's funny. But, that goes without saying.
