@@ahy142 I remember being a level 30 something Warrior with my Whirlwind axe and getting some nice Mortal Strike Crits on 60s. You would miss like 100 times, but that one hit was enough. The Rogue could have sapped or interrupted PSHero from eating/healing, but he chose to respect the 1 vs1.

It's called a "Spider Belt" made by Tailors. It removes Immobilizing effects and makes you immune to them for 5 seconds. It's on his far right action bar if you look closely. It's on a 30min cooldown.

Poor CD usage/handling of enemy CD’s, max rank frostbolting at wrong times ie; when target not slowed or slow about to fall off. Hard casting when in gouge/blind range, missing cones, randomly blizzarding for no reason at all (max rank at that) and just generally wasting mana. The fact 20+ ppl think the mage wasn’t bad shows how poor the average classic player is

Don't know why or what... but classic videos seem much more fun to watch.
Its the long battle of wits ending with a quick move. On retail there's little downtime between exchanging blows unless you're kiting.
What the other poster said but also things are much cleaner in classic, easier to follow the flow of the fight.

The classes are much more simple and defined so there there is more mindgames involved with the limited toolset.
A single muckup also results in a quick death, because of lack of defensives and that both raises the stakes and makes it more fun for the viewer

EXACTLY! the mage could of been a total d -bag and just kept re-sheeping/bandage/drink as well.. especially after rogue cd were blown.... but he decided to 1v1 and not reset the fight constantly.... if ur just gonna sap and reset everytime ur losing until you can finally kill the other guy.. kind of a dick move.. even more of a dick move when u have to use basically all your damn engineering devices and 2 freaking grenades just to beat the guy...but hey thats rogues for you right? cant wait to see rogues fight in arena without use of engi bullshit..

Back in vanilla one of the guys at a lan center I used to play at was one of these annoying rogues that would restart fights by blinding and stealthing over and over and claim he was an amazing pvper. He went to the restroom one day and all his keybinds were deleted when he came back. We never did find out how that happened. I think of that guy every time I see a rogue gouge -> sap -> eat.
