Royal Jordanian Boeing 787-8 landing in Jordan from Chicago.

Breathtaking approach into Queen Alia International Airport in Amman, Jordan. Being my first flight upon a 787 dreamliner, I was absolutely giddy to hear those huge engines roar upon landing when the thrust reversers were engaged.
The flight was smooth, coupled with great food and attendants. The only drawback, was their IFE (In Flight Entertainment System) didn't have much options, only around 20 movies to choose from, rather disappointing.
The airport is quite a ways from downtown Amman, so there was mostly desert upon approach with some villages scattered amongst the hills. Also, SURPRISINGLY, it felt colder in Amman than it did in Chicago.

Was the window aligned with the seat? Do you have to lean forward to see thru the window? I reserved the exect seat for my next flight on RJ B787.
